I travel often, and as such like to choose companies with good customer service. I will not use AVIS car rentals again!!! After they charged me $ 17 for going through 1 toll, and I had already called and spoken with someone who assured me I would be charged the $ 3 only, the customer service representative to whom I spoke refused to either credit me the measly $ 14, or to let me speak with a manager… who does that?! Is it really worth losing thousands of $$s of business, to return that tiny amount of money to satisfy a customer? I spoke with Alex, who assured me he was his own manager…

I’ve been an Enterprise renter for many years. Especially for big events when family come into town. This past week my family was in town for my daughter’s graduation, and Enterprise not only gave the minivan I rented away, but canceled my reservation! I turned to Avis at this location for a rental. Not only did they assist me in short notice, but the customer service was unbelievably great. They now have my business and will recommend them to my company for a corporate account. You would be a fool to go to another rental company. No hassles! I cannot say «thank you» enough for going above and beyond!

Hoboken, NJ
This Avis location is conveniently located within the Waltham Westin hotel. The manager is very friendly and helpful. He even provided me with a free upgrade! Avis users staying at the hotel can park in the Avis customer spots and avoid paying for overnight parking.
