Évaluation du lieu : 2 Waltham, MA
Let me preface this with the fact that I only came here for my evaluation and never looked back… Back on Track is located in the basement of Waltham Athletic Club(WAC). There isn’t much indication of where you should check-in. They only have one therapist here and no receptionist so you really have no idea where to go or what to do upon arrival. They have 2 consultation rooms and that’s it. So if the therapist is working on someone, you have no idea whether or not they are there or if they are working with someone. The vibe was awkward and uncomfortable. As I said, I had my evaluation and never looked back.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Wayland, MA
After running a few half marathons, forgoing stretching and wearing the wrong sneakers, I found myself with a hip injury and ankle tendonitis. I went to PT at another location, sports medicine, got custom orthotics and went to a chiropractor, but it was pretty much a nagging problem for 9 months. After a trip to the podiatrist she advocated for another round of PT at a new place and I found Back on Track. The hours are VERY convenient– I was able to schedule all my appointments at 7:30am. It’s hard to get in 2 days a week when it impacts work and these morning appts. made it possible for me to stay on task. I worked with Amy who has been great! She was the first person to really identify the issue and help me strengthen it vs. just suggesting a few stretches. Plus, she provided reasonable home exercises. At other offices, you can get overwhelmed by the exercises/stretches you have to do at home and then just not do them. I felt in control of my recovery and it really helped. 4 Months later and with a easy workout to complete daily at home I’m pretty much pain free… and hopefully running a race in the fall! I’d recommend Back on Track in a heartbeat.
