Horrible experience. This place kept my car for repair longer than they were allotted by my insurance company. I had to pay the rental car for 18 more days! That cost me $ 994.91 and they are giving me the biggest run around in reimbursing me.
Steve, the shop worker doesn’t have a clue and doesn’t have any answers for me when asking a question and Edward the manager never returns calls or email. Horrible will never recommend this place to anyone ever!

Going to Bacon street auto body was one of the easiest trips to get my car looked at. Steve the owner is a really nice guy, not rude and creepy like most mechanics. I dropped my car off to get a supplement appraisal and he took everything apart, dealt with the appraiser and put the car back together. I was able to pick up my car the next day! I will definitely use this shop again.

Did not realize can leave feedback ., okay. I have driven as car service provider over 25 years in and around Boston area. Any time I had an issue with vehicle these guys will come to solution or suggestion. Have recommended this place to many of those who needed honest body shop, have not heard any thing negative yet. I am surprised how very few those who need such services get caught with quick promising shops and not getting any where !! Bacon Auto-​body in case of bad luck will get You to better luck. A job well done !!

Picked up my 2005 Honda Accord and did not recognize it. This is 2013, but it looked as god as when I got it in 2005.
They even cleaned the interior and washed the windows inside.
Super service, friendly and professional.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
This body shop is second to none.

if finding an auto body shop that you feel you can trust is like finding the end of a rainbow i’d better watch out for leprechauns wantin’ their gold back. these guys are friendly, knowledgeable and priced reasonably (for my limited knowledge of car repair pricing).
