My FAVORITE restaurant! Everything on the menu is good, however I do miss the cocktail with the glow stick in it! Very fresh food overtime with excellent bread and oil to start. As an avid Bonefish enthusiast I have been extremely disappointed twice with one waitress. I asked for a glass of water and she said, «Okay will that be sparkling or Fiji?» I confusingly replied, «Fiji?» When we received our bill we had been charged for the water. Another time we came in she asked my husband if he would like a house or caesar salad with his meal strongly implying that it was included– luckily she forgot and he never got his salad, but as it turned out that also would have been an additional charge. The waitress has dark curly hair– don’t recall her name but I’m sure she does this to everyone. So frustrating!

Really like the food and the atmosphere here. Had the sea bass which was cooked perfectly and the sauces were great as well. Also love the bang bang shrimp for an app. The martini was truly delicious. Service was good and the management seemed to be on the ball. Great place!

Food is fantastic service is mediocre at best. I’ve been twice, the first time my coworker ordered a classic cocktail that the bartender couldn’t figure out how to make. I ordered the salmon with potatoes au gratin, simply delicious! My coworker ordered shrimp & scallops with au gratin and broccoli, the brought out string beans & broccoli. He alerted the server about the missing side and although she said she was bringing it out she never did. The employees seem to struggle with navigating the tablets they use. Second visit was a very similar experience. I recommend the food just expect subpar service.

My new favorite place. I took my wife there for her birthday and had a great night. Don’t leave there without tasting the Saucy Shrimp. My wife had the Ahi Tuna Sashimi which was very fresh. I had the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos which tasted great. I told the bartender John that it was my wife’s birthday and he gave her a complimentary piece of cake. Bonefish did everything they could to make our dinner a special night. I thought the prices were reasonable, should be $$$ cost rating

I thought it was pretty good, here for work meeting. We had«bangers», fried shrimp in sauce. I liked it. For dinner I had filet and shrimp in a creamed spinach. It was very good. Others had the fish and they seemed to enjoy. Didn’t see the bill so can’t comment. Service was attentive but not too much to be annoying. I’d go back.

I’ve been here several times since it first opened here. The good: The food has always been great. I actually find myself craving the house salad with salmon on a regular basis. The bad: People are right, the service has been consistently pretty terrible. The staff do seem new and under-trained. I’ve gone a few times thinking it would improve, but it consistently takes forever to get food. I once sat for about 15 minutes just waiting to get the diet coke I ordered, waitress nowhere to be seen… and then later she forgot our orders and had to come back(there were only two of us). If you’re not in a rush, it’s a tasty place to eat. If slow service drives you crazy, maybe skip it(hopefully they get it together).

My family of four had dinner here this evening I made a reservations but didn’t need one we got there at 5:15 and wasn’t busy yet. Our dinner was good very good steak, scallops, shrimp, Seabass but portion was very small. We had dessert brownie that was ok, and donuts were ok. Overall nice dinner and very pleasant waiter Ricardo. Will be back

My first visit I assumed the service and food would improve once staff were trained. I tried again tonight and was shockingly disappointed. Our appetizers arrived quicker than our waters. The bang bang shrimp was dry and not warm. The lobster bisque soup was horrible by New England standards. When our entries arrived I was amazed at the little tiny filet, one tiny piece of asparagus and the stingiest over cooked green beans I’ve ever seen. As we waited for our plates to be cleared our glasses of wine arrived 20 minutes after our entries were served. The waitress was shocked when we sent the drinks back and asked for our check. It’s really a shame this location is being wasted with a horrible chain restaurant. With the naked fish around the corner I’d expect this Bonefish location will be closed within a year. Don’t waste your time or money at this well decorated dump.

Just had the cerviche, lollipop lamb chops and bang bang shrimp. All were great and the cerviche is one of the best I’ve had. Love the twist with pineapple, coconut and guacamole. Went great with the homemade chips that’s kinda spicy but not over powering. I would definitely go back. Andrew the host was awesome and even dropped my salad that was forgotten to my job since it was a block away. He even walked in the snow. Hes the best. Thank you andy and mgr carlos. Thanks carlos for the pie. Totally recommendable. I will be back with the girls for girls night. … Que…

I lost my way and saw this nice building so I decided to give it a try. Plenty parking spaces outside. It just opened, and everything was fresh and clean. The service was bad. I don’t remember if it was inefficient but I am sure my waiter was not friendly at all. He was not familiar with the menu either. Dishes are ok. I ordered some cold beans with seasalt and a salmon. They could have done more.

Had lunch with a colleague at the bonefish grill I. Waltham the other day. I didn’t feel like fish so I ordered the steak frites. What came was just amazing. A small slice of filet and a few fries. It was a joke. Do not order this dish at bonefish. It is a waste of $ 23.

Went here for the first time hungry and with high hopes. The food was ok, but there were a few issues that make me hesitant to eat there again. For the price I expected more in terms of quality and service, plus there are better options nearby. For more details see below. — While the wait staff was friendly they seem disorganized. Didn’t know where to sit us even with a reservation, they were overworked and, after we had multiple issues with our meal, we received no apology from management. The table next to ours also had issues with their order, but at least they received an apology. When I ordered the special cucumber margarita I’m pretty sure I was given the normal margarita(3 of the ingredients were clearly missing). When I asked our waitress to confirm my drink was correct she offered to just add a slice of cucumber for me. I wanted the drink I ordered not another garnish. Then I ordered the special swordfish with pumpkin ravioli and truffle butter sauce. Sadly it was served without the pumpkin ravioli and no visible sauce. I was left with dry green beans, slightly congealed potatoes and, admittedly, a well cooked piece of fish. Ravioli did eventually come later, but overall I was disappointed with the plate and surprised a special would be sent out missing one of the title ingredients. I’ve debated between 1 – 2 stars for this restaurant. Our appetizer was good, but between bad service, messed up dinner/drink orders and the overall price, I’d rather eat at Naked Fish or Copper House Tavern down the street.

I went with my brother and sister-in-law and had the tuna steak(very small portions) and it wasn’t cooked well done as I ordered, so I sent it back. It came back only slightly more cooked and still raw in the center. Rather than send it back again and have them burn it, I ate it trying to avoid the uncooked part — big mistake; I got food poisoning — threw up all night. Needless to say — never going back — beware their food is contaminated. Also, we tried making reservations and the person on the phone said it wasn’t necessary. We get there and it is a 20 minute wait because we don’t have a reservation!

I am stretching giving this place one star. Went last Saturday night. Had a 7pm reservation. 4 of us were seated at 6:50pm. We had drinks and ordered our meal. TWO hours later, they brought out our meals. The meals were cold and wrong!!! My shrimp and scallops were overcooked — like rubber. We were not the only table with problems like this. Many disgruntled customers there that we spoke to. We were given a card for $ 20 off our next meal — one card for 4! Needless to say, we won’t be using that card at all! We should have gone to the Naked Fish!!!

Was there last night with my fiancé and one of my friends, drinks were Great and so was the food, you could tell it was fresh, why only 4 Stars? Because when we ask our waitress about the Menu she did not know the answers and you could tell she was Not properly train, she even brought our check before our dessert, being that my fiancé its in the restaurant business, he was a little bit offended and thought it was very unprofessional.

Mediocre chain restaurant. Looking for a fish restaurant. I chose this one given the four stars here on Unilocal. Was disappointed. I had the tuna bowl. Was served on a plate, not a bowl. There were a few thin pieces of aha tuna, some avocado, and lots of white rice, some of which was hard and crunchy. The soup was tasty; the waiter said it was roasted pepper, but it tasted more like a tomato sauce. My wife had a house salad with salmon. She said the salmon was good, but the salad had so many seeds, she couldn’t enjoy the salad part. To me, it looked like a plate of unappetizing lettuce. The menu is well written and makes everything sound wonderful. Too bad the food wasn’t wonderful.

I ordered the Ahi Tuna Sashimi and it was very good. Definitely fresh tuna. According to the server, they fly in fish every 24 – 48 hours and everything is prepped in house. You can definitely taste the quality! Ordered the Mule to drink and it was just like a Moscow Mule. Delicious! Dessert: Fresh cinnamon sugar donuts with caramel sauce. AMAZING! 5 stars, must try! The server was great. Very friendly and checked on me often. I came on a Wednesday night and there was even a wait for a table. They have people running food from the kitchen and runners for the bar so you get everything right after its made. This way the servers aren’t overly busy with that nonsense and actually ready to take your order when ready. Would absolutely recommend!

Checked this place out with the family yesterday. My mom is in a wheelchair so we were happy to find that it is perfectly accessible, and everyone on staff was warm and accommodating. The apps, desserts and drinks were excellent, the mains were good, not great. If you are a fussy person, you should know that the plating of our main dishes was uninspiring. We’re talking cafeteria style: piles of sides plopped down beside a slab of protein. The very decadent-sounding cod with crabmeat topping special came with a little sneeze of crab chunks on top. Fresh, but meh. We’ll definitely come back for apps, sweets and cocktails.

So good! My boyfriend and I love this place and heard one opened up near us in Waltham, so obviously we had to check it out and we’re glad we did. Bang Bang Shrimp, just order it. Do it. You’re welcome. Our server was Daniel, he was great with bringing everything out timely for us and was very personable as well. I had the Chicken Teriyaki, and my boyfriend had the fish and chips(tilapia). Both were cooked to satisfaction and very tasty. We finished with warm fresh cinnamon sugared doughnuts, with caramel sauce(and we asked for a scoop of vanilla ice cream. it pays to ask). Loved it all-from the atmosphere to the food and customer service. Best part is that we made it home in time for Monday Night Football. I would definitely recommend coming here for a bite!
