Dknt repaired my laptop around 9 mos. ago. The repair was fine; however, I consider it incomplete. They were unable to update the bios; I get an error msg every time I turn on the computer saying my motherboard is not recognized. I was told a solution would be found, but that never happened.

One sad Saturday night, I was home alone enjoying some wine and Unilocaling… half way through said wine, I spilled a glass all over my laptop
Like an idiot, I did nothing to rectify the situation and woke up to computer to 4 functioning letters on my keyboard
At least my mouse still worked so I able to copy and paste the letters I needed into Unilocal and found DKNT Systems. They had a couple good reviews and were located only a few blocks from my house so off I went.
They were very helpful and up front about the costs, called me before they ordered the new replacement keyboard to make sure I was ok with the price and were very speedy and good about calling.
They are family owned, I dealt with the dad and son and both were friendly and helpful.
I learned my lesson about drinking wine to close to my klumsy arm and laptop, but if anything else should go wrong, I will definitely go back!

And i DO MEAN THIS! I went to the PC repair shop near the used car lot on main street.
Told the man my trouble with overheating and all the details.
He said nothing.
Gave me a form told me to fill it out.
I started filling it out only till i got to the part that said «He requires a 59 dollar fee for leaving the PC and then there would be additional charges for the diagnosis and fix»
I quickly thanked him for his time.
Told him i wasn’t interested and walked out .
Only to go to Best Buy where they wanted $ 85 including diagnostic and shipping… Fixing it would also be extra.
He (geek squad) was told about the overheating problem.
I started to feel hopeless.
Until i remembered DKNT. They gave me a free diagnosis and practically gave me a $ 10 cooling pad… Then told me to come back if i had any more troubles.
.Needless to say i haven’t had anymore troubles with my PC.
And DKNT was the most HONEST TRUSTWORTHY place i could have ever found.
They deserve to do well! ANd i hope everyone goes there.
Yes there is a woman there who can barely speak english .But she knows enough to tell you no fee till we can tell you what’s wrong.
If its worth it to fix it or buy another system.
It took some listening but… All in All They didnt try to SCREW ME LIKE BEST BUY and the other PC repair shop on main street.
That’s what matters and even moreso my PC works fine. just needed a cooling pad… c’mon.
Need a break not a compound fracture go to DKNT SYSTEMS!
