Franchise location that the music is so loud on a Sunday morning repeating your order is necessary. If I wanted to go to a club, I would. Early Sunday morning, I don’t want to fight to order coffee. The Coffee Itself Is The Same AT Every location.

Horrible experience today, go in to get a a coffee and a sandwich and they are cleaning the ceiling with chemicals at 4:00 the chemicals were falling down on the the food and coffees. Absolutely disgusting. Never Going to this dunkins again the one across from the police station is probably the best in waltham. Also there’s always creepy people hanging around out front.

This Dunkins is closest to my house, however I avoid it at all costs. I’m not sure what is wrong with this location but every single bagel or donut I have ever gotten from here has been completely STALE! Not to mention there’s always creepy guys or homeless people hanging around right out front. This Dunkins is never a pleasant experience. I only come here when other people insist because it’s closer. Otherwise I just go a little further to the one at the end of Lexington St across from the police station for fresher bagels and donuts, nicer staff and a much better experience.

I go to this dunks EVERY day sometimes even twice a day. MOST of the staff is very pleasant. And I like that with certain employees they know what I am going to have so I don’t even have to say anything. But I went there this morning and as I am ordering my boyfriend and I are standing there waiting for our coffees and one of the employees is on our side of the counter wiping down the counter and nearly pushes us out of the way to clean where we were. I’m sorry but that is bad customer service, the least they could have said was«oh I’m sorry could u excuse me for a minute!» We found it rude! Beth and Cassandra are great tho! Super friendly with great customer service. Those two are pretty much the only reason I still come to this one.

I frequent many Dunkin Donuts and often have good experiences, and you can find them in my reviews. But this one — it just wasn’t meant to be. The cashier and coffee service — that was good, fast. But the sandwich process was downright terrible. The person making the sandwiches only made one at a time. The person in front of me had a problem with their order, and it took a few minutes to correct it. But then came my sandwich — a Turkey Sausage on a croissant. I took the order in the bag and when I got to my office, it was a Croissant toasted with cream cheese. As I said, I go to many Dunkins — and daily, if not more than once a day! So my experiences are very good usually, but my experience here is if you want a sandwich, go elsewhere. Even another Dunkin Donuts. But not this one.

I’m not the biggest fan of DD, but this location is on my way to class, so I stop in for a hot coffee in the morning. The staff are friendly & efficient, and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for your coffee. I do have to say though, the other patrons(some, not all) are very rude to the point of being aggressive. I may actually change to an alternate DD just because I don’t want to end up on the receiving end of some weirdo’s psychotic episode.

I can’t start my day without stopping here or any Dunkin store for my coffee. I love all flavors and both hot and iced. Not crazy about the sandwiches or lunch stuff, but occasionally get a muffin or donut to go with my eye opener coffee.

Typical Dunks. Nothing special about it, nothing bad to say. It’s generally pretty busy when I go, and the parking lot fills up quick, which can be a pain in the ass. One time I parked on the street and ran in for all of 2 minutes only to return to my car with a bright orange parking ticket on it. Lame.

I’m a fan of Dunkin’s. But a coworker and I both had our coffees messed up this afternoon at this Dunkin’s. Also, I hate when there are multiple cashiers with multiple lines. I’d appreciate it if there was one line and whoever was the next in line(i.e., first come, first served) got called next. Probably won’t go out of my way to come to this Dunkin’s again…

I am not a fan of this location. There is plenty of parking. But its not very convenient. You also have to deal with getting in and out of the square here.

I guess I have just been really lucky and going at the right time… because based on the other reviews I am very much in the minority in regards to my pleasant experiences here. This is one of two Dunkin Donuts I frequent on my way to work, and I tend to go to this one more because MAN are they efficient! There are times when I pull up and it will be PACKED and I’ll assume it’ll make me late to work. However, I have never ever been in there for longer than 5 or 6 minutes, even when I have ordered their ‘hot’ food(don’t do it — it sucks). All their hot food is terrible that I have tried, but I don’t blame them, since after all, they don’t decide what they serve. But in regards to service at this particular location, I have never had anything less than awesome. The parking lot also has a lot more spots than you would think just by looking at it from the street.

Yes this is a 24 hour dunkin’s. But really, as a TV show would say, nothing good happens after 2am. So if you’re going here at 2:30am, be drunk, stoned, or like me a night owl because everyone you’re around will be. The coffee is rarely burnt, even at the early morning hours. The food’s okay, no better no worse than any other Dunk’s. I’ve never really had a bad experience here, can’t say I’ve had a great one either. During daylight hours I’ll pass this one on my way to either the DD’s by the courthouse or down Lexington st. But at 2 am, those aren’t open, so this is the best 2am option around… not that, that’s saying much. Oh and the parking lot sucks, always feel like I’m going to back into the idiot waiting for my spot, 2 feet from my bumper. And there is no drive thru.

Two stars for being fast… yes they move things along very well and that deserves some credit. But… the percentage of orders that come out wrong is way too high. Parking is a huge problem, for the lot is too small to accommodate the number of people patronizing this location, especially during the morning. I have to wonder how the design for this place made it through the local Zoning Board. There is a tiny opening on Main Street and an equally small exit. Both are one-way, so it’s tough to get in and out. Prices are, on average, slightly higher than other DD’s. If you really need to get your coffee/muffin/donut fix from Dunkin’s, my suggestion would be to visit the Commonwealth Ave. location in Auburndale or make the trip to Mt. Auburn Street in Watertown.

They mess up EVERYTHING. Also if you get a toasted bagel expect it to be charred. Once I wanted a toasted bagel and the person working there said, «The machine that toasts things is broken.» Uhh…“machine that toast things?” Ya mean… a TOASTER? I’ve gone there here and there, usually for a large plain iced tea because it’s cheap… but it’s definitely below par — even for DD.

ugh again!!! well, i like the fact its 24 hours, so if i ever wanted a piss poor bagel. dirty look or harassment at 2am, i know where to go. i cant believe how stupid the people who work at this DD are, its truly amazing. i always check the bag before walking out, lucky for us we live closer to another DD off moody, not like its the best choice, but during a lazy Sunday, it comes in handy for an ice coffee. so stupid, did i mention that???

Joyce is preaching to the choir. One star for being absolutely grody, plus one more for being one of the few 24-hour places to score Nesquick.

I appreciate this 24 hour joint but the hours also make it the sketchiest place in Waltham… a town already maxed out on sketchiness. Dirty, weird men like to jeer and yell at you as you place your order and homeless people sleep on the stoop. Parking is impossible but in all fairness, the service is fast and efficient and the drinks/food are what you’d expect from your average trip to dunkie’s…as you step over the bodies into the brood of pirate-esque men.
