Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 12 min in line. No one answered at the menu so I drove around where the cashier tells me sh can’t take my order and to drive around and get back in line. Mind you it’s lunch time. So I went in where there was none in line and ordered. I always order well done fries since I was 5. These people act like they never heard of it then gave me regular soggy been cooked old ass fries. Manager came over and was a real piece of work. You can tell she’s super miserable with her life like its my fault she has a career at McDonald’s… Way to treat the customer like crap. Ps through out this whole transaction I was trial nice and the cashier that helped me inside was very nice. I’m just making sure it’s noted that the manager on duty is the real waste of space here. And if anyone’s curious I’m writing this while waiting for my fries. Epic fail mcD!

For a McDonald’s drive thru it was pretty fast and food was hot. I guess that’s not saying much, but it’s exactly what I was looking for.

Fries tasted old, not fresh. The whole restaurant looks run down. There is an enclosed«office» in a section of the dinning area. I have never been to a McDonald’s that has an office in the eating area. The ice tea dispenser cover is partially off. Feels Iike the store is stuck in the 1990’s. So when a store looks old, the food doesn’t taste good. What else does it have to offer?

Great breakfast stop right in Waltham. Easily located and a great manager. Walked in and right away someone held the door for me and the manager was there with a smile and greeted me with a hearty good morning and how can I help you today. You know your in a good McDonalds when the manager has time to take your order. That really is the deal breaker for me. Really makes the morning better. Great service clean facility and just a fast all around great place for breakfast.

This place is driven by pirates who screw you where ever they can. If you ever use the drive through, check your food before you leave the premises. Happened more than one time, actually regularly that only parts of the purchase are in the bag. And if you ever drive out missing an item, don’t bother calling them for a refund. I tried 3 times and some bogus manager tells you it’s all set but you will never get your refund in store. Disgusting place makes me wonder what other opportunities they found to skim their customers. And all that happened over the course of a year! Don’t visit this store! Seriously!

I entered the Drive thru wanting to taste the new Mighty Wings. I had in my possession a coupon for a FREE Quarter Pound Burger received from Coke Rewards in exchange for points. The coupon was expired, but it had been sent late due to a mix up in the Rewards order. While this was not McDonald’s fault, when I asked what to do with a coupon with so little time to redeem, I was told by Coke Rewards via email that most McDonald’s would honor the coupon, just do not use it for just the burger and not buy anything else. I let the order taker know that I had the expired coupon. I placed an order for Ten Mighty Wings, Fries, Drink AND the Quarter Pounder Deluxe. The total came to ~$ 20 before the coupon. I drove around to the window and handed the coupon & my credit card to the clerk. Over the next 30 minutes they decided they could not accept the coupon, but they charged me for the order, refused to cancel the order, wasted much time finally issuing a credit, and tried to keep the coupon anyway! There was a gentleman with a long ponytail who was in charge and took over for the window clerk. After much discussion he finally returned my credit card with a REFUND receipt, but he did not sign or complete the form, as is required to do so. When I asked him to do so, he refused telling me it was not necessary. I politely asked him his name and he refused to give it to me telling me it was none of my business. Thus he became known only as the man with the long ponytail. I left, still wondering what the Mighty Wings tasted like, but at least I know how much they cost. In all, the McDonald’s franchisee waste about 30 minutes of my time, that could have been avoided by simply telling me up front they would not take the coupon, and then by not harassing me during the rest of the process. I still have to check my credit card statement to verify that I was charged the same amount as I was refunded, that the credit was actually made to my card and not reversed, etc. The way this man acted does not make me think I can trust him to have done the right thing at all. I would say that this incident has wasted about an hour of my time. Did I mention that since I insisted they finally returned the coupon and that Wendy’s, Burger King, etc are all willing to redeem the coupon. Most McDonald’s locations would as well. I did not go inside so I don’t know if the complaints people have posted about the location being dirty or food quality issues are valid, but I will never return to find out!

Once upon a time, in Waltham, in 2012, I lived with an unemployed roommate on the street which abuts this most prestigious of Culinary Marvels. Unavoidable, every morning I would be forced to pass this fricken McDonald’s, which would stand stoically to my right and glower at me with milkshakes in its windows and a faint scent of fryer grease wafting from its not-so-invisible air vents near the drive-thru window. If there was a snowstorm, only the drive-thru would be open – not the restaurant itself – which is still puzzling considering that cars were actually banned from the roads on such snow-filled days, and so we would have to walk over to the drive-thru window(pretending that we’re driving cars – duh), to be briefly informed that we are NOT driving cars, but really just pretending, so she wouldn’t even serve us. The gall! Anyway, so this place is kinda dirty and there are always these loud beeping sounds that they never seem to hear coming from behind the counter, and there’s this stone-faced manager with a ponytail and mostly a bunch of teenaged kids trying to get away with stuff before they get caught. Also, they don’t know what«for here» means.

I am a vegetarian… not Vegan! I also eat fish, so i guess that’s a pectarian? :). I find the killing of cows pretty gross. Especially McDonald’s Cows… UGH. I can’t remember exactly when i last ate at McDonald’s but when i did I am almost certain I purchased the very Mediocre Fish Sandwich & Small Fry. That’s not why I’m writing this review! I’m writing to fawn over the employees who take my ice coffee order at the drive thru, 3 or 4 times a week. They’re always pleasant leaving me w/a smile on my face for at least 15 minutes after i enter back onto Main St. The Paul Newman’s ice coffee is delish, for a buck? I’ll gladly avoid DD’s forever, & that’s saying a lot. If you knew me you’d be shocked at the way i turned my back on DD! ICED Café Lattes are good in Theory but it seemed no matter which Drive-thru i went to 50% of the time the barrister would get it wrong from handing me a chocolate looking drink without ice, or putting weird unrequested flavors or giant globs of whipped cream. So after about a year of receiving Strange Lattes i found peace in the plain old delicious iced Paul Newman’s coffee. PS This McDonald’s Rocks compared to the location on Lexington St. in Waltham, I’ve only visited 2x but vow never to Return because the people seemed miserable.

Okay, I have got to say it the employees here have gotten significantly friendlier! That nation wide push McDonald’s has going on is definitely working at this location. I generally come by some mornings for the $ 1 Medium Ice Coffees. Okay well, maybe sometimes I happen to order a hash-brown as well, what can I say impulse control is hard at that little drive-thru screen. There never fails to be a long line in the drive-thru but they usually tend to get through it pretty fast. The coffee is it or miss it definitely taste great one day and not so great the next but, for a dollar I’m not too bothered by it.

I haven’t been to this McDonalds in years because the last two times I did the drive thru and they had some punk teenager who gave me an attitude. I ordered pretty simple things back then, IE a #2 with coke and he managed to give me attitude about that. I tried again weeks later because it’s the closest McDonalds but it was the same kid with the same attitude. I’ve never been back and actually haven’t been to a McDonalds in years. This experience opened my eyes to quality the people who may be working there that we don’t even see let alone have to deal with up front. Clearly their food isn’t exactly healthy but when I get attitude for placing a simple order then that is unacceptable. There’s a burger king at the end of Moody where their employees seem to be nicer and more attentive.

This location is pretty brutal. It’s always filthy, always occupied by loud mouthed idiot teenagers And did I forget to mention the food here sucks? Not mcdonalds food in general… just here. The bread is always stale! No joke. The 3 times I’ve eaten at this location the bread for my burger has been almost rock hard.

We were walking by and saw the 49 cent vanilla ice cream promo sign. Our feet began to walk towards the door as our mouths started to water. 7 vanilla ice cream cones please! That comes to $ 20. What??? Just kidding. It’s $ 3.43 plus tax. Talk about a manager with a personality! If I ever want to work for McDonald’s, I would consider this location.

This place is disgusting! And that’s an understatement! I normally blame the patrons, but that’s not the case here. The dining area is always dirty, people leave their trays full of trash on the tables when they leave, I would love to say it’s their fault, but when I go to throw my trash away, I often have to push the trash already in the box to keep it from falling out. I don’t want to touch other people’s waste. The counter is cluttered and not well designed at all, there’s no place to stand to wait for your food so the cashier can take another order, especially if there are 2 register’s working. the drive thru is slow, and will argue if they get your order wrong. Not to mention the clientele is mostly rude loud kids who don’t buy anything, but like to make spit balls The drink area has bigger spills then BP did in the Gulf. Bottom line, go across the street to Wendy’s.
