Ok place, but make sure you double check your order. They gave me a wrong side and when I called to complain they told me either I drove back and exchange it, or just eat it. My house is 40 mon away. Guess which option I chose.

I didn’t even order any food. I walked in, took a look at the lack of cleanliness and high-tailed it outta there. It’s too bad as I remember going here when I was young and the people then took pride in their store’s appearance. Avoid this place.

Do you value your lower intestine? Do you want to know what it feels to expel hot, lava-like discharges from your b-hole? Then look no further than this glorious KFC location which will help you cleanout your system in no time and at no additional charge! This window-less, sad excuse of a building is located on Waltham’s Main Street and is in a not-so-dense urban area of town where there’s a lot of car traffic and not so many residents. Carlos behind the counter wasn’t particularly knowledgeable, or friendly, and offered no help as we tried to order. Instead he mumbled a couple of words, none of them relevant to our interaction. I guess Carlos is trying to justify trying to make those $ 15 an hour that he so deserves. The menu was confusing and the manager didn’t notice Carlos’s lack of heroics, or assistance and just stared at us. Eventually we pieced things together and managed to place our order. My buddy and I went with the $ 20 family fill-up, which features 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, some mashed potatoes, some gravy and some coleslaw. We went with crispy chicken over original, paid, and waited about 5 minutes for our food to be ready before heading home to devour our loot. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a about six months. It wasn’t particularly juicy and the breading couldn’t have been soggier. The biscuits were bone-dry and not particularly flaky and the mashed potatoes weren’t any better, even with the addition of some of the very black peppery gravy. The coleslaw was the only redeeming factor and even that was still a pretty bad side dish. So yeah, unless you’re absolutely starving and that’s your only option… just starve. Seriously this place is awful and I can’t think of any positives except maybe that if you wash your chicken’s bucket about a dozen times or so to get rid of all of that grease, then maybe you can reuse for something neat. Other than that, definitely avoid.

I walked into the store. I looked around and it seemed pretty nice so i went up to the counter to order. Now i have to say it was some of the best chicken ever. When i walked out i noticed that i had stomach pains. i got into the car and at this point i was beefing like hell. When i got home it felt like i was giving birth. I was in the bathroom for about three hours shitting myself to death. Overall it was a great moment in my life.

I went here with my girlfriend a few months ago, and we left after walking in. It was filthy and disgusting like a few other reviewers have said. I have never been so turned off by the lack of cleanliness of a place. I can’t imagine the lack of pride taken in preparing food properly based on the lack of effort put into keeping even the floors reasonably presentable. I will never be back here again.

There isn’t much you can say about KFC it’s a company known for serving you endless grease buckets of fried chicken. Since i love making fun of the«stereotype» that mainstream America has projected on us black folks YES I DOINDEEDLOVEFRIEDCHICKEN but then again if you don’t love yourself some Fried Chicken with a big olé biscuit on the side SOMETHINGMAYBEWRONGWITHYOU!(Just imagine me saying that in my Madea voice!?! HALLUJER!!!) Anyway I went to this location in the middle of the day last week for some lunch, I just had a craving for it and Popeyes isn’t all over in Boston like it is in NYC. Driving to this place is absolutely miserable, you have to go around some wild roundabout and then the way the restaurant is set up the entrance looks like the exit and the exit looks like the entrance ADHUIAFIUHYIRW! WTF! Sooooo i walk in and the young lady who took my order looked just as miserable as the weather outside. Terrible demeanor but at least she almost got the entire order right. She missed one thing but i wasn’t going to back inside and make a fuss about it. How hard is it to get a fast food order right? I still prefer the Original Recipe w/the bone in. That whole«Who Ate The Bones?» and going Boneless Campaign KFC did a few months ago was a complete sham. The chicken tasted like horse leather on the boneless wings, but I was hungry and convinced myself that it was good. Even the Biscuits tasted bland, that’s when I knew that KFC had officially died as a franchise in my eyes. Time to pour out a 40 oz of Old E for my fallen homie Colonel Sanders(HEDIDN’T ENVISIONTHIS!) How hard is it to get a fast food order right? I can make my fried chicken at home and drink my kool aid in my Walter White style tighty whiteys. I suggest you go elsewhere

I tried really hard not to hold it against you that you are not popeyes. but the fact is. KFC is not popeyes and this KFC is worse than any other. I always thought some fried chicken is better than no friend chicken. well I was wrong. I have given this KFC3 tries since moving to Waltham. what have I got? Inedible, greasy, soggy chicken and missing biscuits. They never put all the food in the bag and the food they do put in the bag is nasty…

WOW!!! What a shit hole. I am on the road alot and like KFC. This place was soooooooooooooo dirty. Non english speaking help couldnt understand chicken bites. I bet if I said let me see your green card the whole store would have emptied out. The bathroom was so small and smelt like urine. I thought I was on a small boat on the high seas the toliet rocked so much. The owner of this KFC should lose this store. The best thning I saw there was no straw holder so they had like 200 straws laying across the counter. This is by far the most dirty place ive ever seen.

I was in the Newtonville KFC that may no longer exist. When you see flour and water all over the floor behind the counter it’s time to make a quick exit. Warning… avoid their frozen tv dinners at all costs. Yep, had me running to my throne within 2 hours.

It’s okay. No, really. It’s okay. It’s KFC, and you shouldn’t expect five-star hotel quality from them to begin with. Being KFC, they stick to their belief in quick serving of cheap, greasy food. With that in mind, this KFC does that well. I was given my food within 10 minutes of ordering, and I had my share of some greasy chicken. The food was hot, and it matched my expectations of what KFC chicken would be. The place itself is a bit small, but I was relatively comfortable and had no problem while I was eating. The staff were friendly but a bit unresponsive, but that was probably because I went so late at night. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience. Do I prefer it? Not really. Will I come again? Probably. Come on. It’s KFC.

Bathrooms are the most disgusting I’ve seen in any restaurant, the food is always old, i don’t know how the manage that… To top it off the service is always terrible… The parking lot is small at best… The manager is a real jerk as well, because i had a problem there and he didnt even want to hear about it.

What can be said about the Colonel and his chicken besides deliciously unhealthy? With that unsaid I have 2 things: Ask for extra sporks they are infinitely useful. Don’t try to order a double cheese burrito, there’s only chicken here. Plus as I witnessed today, if you do the poor souls behind to counter will be extremely confused.

This place really is the worst. Even if you are ordering something that doesn’t take long to make, it inevitably takes long to make what the person in front of you ordered. The interior of this place is pathetic. What a horrible design. And for kickers, THEYDISCONTINUEDTHETWISTERWRAP! The only thing I ever order at KFC. I was like«No more Twister?» and they said«Yeah, we have the Doublicious instead.» Well, let me tell you something. I tried the Doublicious sandwich and it sucked. No one who ate a Twister and a Doublicious side-by-side can honestly say that the Doublicious tastes better than the Twister.

The parking lot doubles as a demolition derby. People coming in the out, parking across two spots, blocking other cars in, pulling up on the sidewalk. I guess some people find the chicken so delicious that they disregard public safety and all forms of marked parking lines. Sometimes if you are lucky you get to stand outside and watch the parking lot demo derby because the line stretches out the door. It is dimly lit like others said but I think that’s good, I don’t want to see the floor my feet are sticking to, I feel like I have a really bad hangover when I’m in the store… It’s hot, smelly, poor air quality, dim it’s like I just came off a 4 day bender. I have waited awhile for my food, but I guess home cooking takes time. I normally come up missing an item, check your order before you leave. Check your order before you leave. That’s right double check it. The food is what you want. Greasy, unhealthy amd one meal has more calories than some people consume in a year in a third world country.

I ate here for lunch today a few hours ago and now feel disgustingly bloated. Then again, eating the potato wedges which taste just like fried chicken and the popcorn chicken that also tasted like fried chicken was really awesome like two hours ago. So I guess it’s a wash. That said, always get your KFC to go from this location. The inside is extremely dimly lit, and there’s only one window in the restaurant, which is covered with advertisements about how you can get a lot of chicken for not that much money. The net result is that the inside is very depressing. Also, the staff here always seem weirdly slow in fulfilling orders, but then again, I’m not working that quickly today on account of having eaten KFC for lunch, and my office doesn’t have horribly depressing lighting like this KFC location. So I guess that’s understandable.
