Horrible customer service. I waited in line for 10 minutes because the manager was talking to a friend. He finally sauntered over to help the clerk who was having a hard time with a coupon. He FINALLY opened a register and said, «next customer». We even made eye contact. A woman went to his register and rather than telling her I was next, took her before me. I left my items and went to the local Walgreens. I’m done! Such a depressing looking store too.

Something is profoundly depressing about this Rite Aid. It’s large, but usually hardly has any customers in it. I feel like it’s gotten worse since changing over from Brooks to Rite Aid. I only go to this drug store if it’s on my way to somewhere else.
