I wish I could give zero stars but I had to give one so you all know how BAD this place is. After waiting over an hour, my boyfriend came home with the worst haircut I have ever seen (he has straight hair, too). He had a piece of hair sticking up in the back for a week because they cut it too short.

I had a hair cut and a partial highlight with Joan, she was very professional, knowledgeable with hair and products! Also she gives the best shampoo and scalp massage, she offered tee tree oil treatment for my dry hair which helped me a lot! Thanks Joan i will be back! P. S Very affordable prices!

I really could not be happy at this Supercuts location. I have had several hair cuts with Khristin G and Joan S and every time is great! They take their time, make sure I am happy and I never feel rushed. They do just an awesome job on my hair which can be tricky as I have a cowlick that just is a pain!

Terrible experience! The girl who cuts my hair (I don’t know her name) but she totally has no clue what to do. I told her to keep my hair same length and just cut a little so it’s less heavy before she started, and she cut it to half length which took me 3 months to grow! I ended up teaching her how to cut my hair and not to shorten it. Will never go to this place again

I have been very satisfied with the quality of haircuts that I’ve received here. The price is reasonable.
My one complaint, and this may have to do more with the logistics of how Supercuts all over the place are managed, is that they are often terrible about estimating the wait time. I have a couple of times called ahead, told that the wait is an hour, I then show up an hour later and have to wait an additional 20 – 30 minutes (and one time I left because I was told 15 – 20 minutes but there were 3 people ahead of me still on the list, and only two stylists, so I knew it that it would take more like 30 – 45 minutes). If I call an hour ahead how are there 3 people ahead of me when I show up an hour later?
If this trend continues I probably will end up finding a regular barber. The main advantage of Supercuts is convenience and I think they should do a better job of this!

Brand new location so it’s clean and bright. They get crowded a lot, so be sure to check-​in ahead of time. Tara is great; I would recommend her.
