The Paper Store Of Waltham

Nice store it was pretty neat. This store has a bunch of nick nacks and other cool things. The thing that annoyed me was that the store seemed to lack price tags and when they did have a price tag (¹⁄₃ the product didn’t have a price tag) the prices did seem to be a bit expensive. The store does have something for everyone though. Employee Vanessa working the front was very polite and nice. I’d like to give credit where credit is due.

Nice store. I was pleasantly surprised. Good selection of gift items. Prices are a bit high but I’m in love with the adorable boot socks I found there!

Like most other paper stores I would assume. Staff was helpful… Got in, got what I needed, got out. No Fuss at all and got my girl a nice gift to boot!

They have to send their employees to school.
Worst customer service on planet. Have been in the
store several times. Its convienent .
I walk in and they totally ignore you. I was looking for a card standing there
as an employee kept pretending to do busy work, So not to have to say hi.
Found the card walking back to the register another employee looked at me over her glasses and looked down at the ground and walked by.
The register girl pleasant (not) no hello, no please, no thank you felt like I was
bothering her. Customer service like that amazing there still in business .
Would have rated no stars but would not accept. One star is too kind

I like going to the Paper Store. For Waltham it is really the only one of its kind, unless you just want to buy a card at CVS the Paper Store is the way to go. You can also browse all the Vera Bradley, Alex and Ani, and other items that they have while you are at it. This placed is SLAMMED around Christmastime so beware. The line was insane and they were out of just about every Alex and Ani bracelet. They are new to carrying Alex and Ani so I am sure it was a learning experience for them. I also enjoy checking out all the seasonal items that they carry; every time you go you will see something new!
Other people have complained about the service but, I have never had a problem. I haven’t gone in to do something elaborate like pick out wedding invitations or anything but, just the general greeting and check out process is usually friendly.

I love stationary, cards and Vera Bradley, so coming in here was a treat~Visually! I likethe way they displayed items and how everything looks so cool. However, I gave this a 2 star because of the inconsistent customer service. I am one of those customers that do not mind paying more than 10 dollars for just one card just because I LOVE stationary and LOVE sending my friends and family members cards and etc… So If I am paying so much $$$ for cards, then I’d like to be treated that way. Even if I am not paying a lot for cards, I’d still like to be treated with some kindness because I am shopping and helping them keep their jobs. I came in here a while ago and was treated great by one lady (I completely forgot her name) She was nice and consistent and asked if I needed help. Today, I came in here getting over 6 cards and speding over 30 dollars and not even a smile from this cashier/​customer rep. I was wondering if she was racist? I am unsure, but for sure they all need some consistency in terms of customer service. If you are not a people person, DO NOT WORK with people. I still love cards, but I’m bringing my wallet elsewhere.

Quite possibly the worst place in america. We went in here to look at wedding invitiations, and the woman acted like we were pulling her teeth. Every time we had a question, it was a big bother for her. We also got there at 745 – 8 oclock and she said she couldnt help us because it would take more then an hour, and they had to close for 9. The store was completely empty, and it was tough to get service. I would never buy anything from this place.

The first time I came here was to flip through their books of invitations. This week I went back to actually get some cards and gift wrap. They have HUGE selection of cards, gift wrap (including those sets so you don’t have to think too hard about what bag to match to what tissue paper) as well as a huge selection of gifts in the other half of the store. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well.
