Worst gas station I have been too. if I could give this place no stars I would! I encountered a ghetto ignorant trashy little man. After waiting 10 minutes outside the door with other individuals mind you to buy a water he was busy taking a shit in the bathroom locking the whole business down so no one can pay or access the gas station. I decided to ask him how long he would be because I couldn’t wait any longer aggressively he told me to wait when I told him that is unprofessional and you should not have to lock the business so you can go use the bathroom he used ignorant profanity and started being nasty as I walked away telling him I would never bring my business to this establishment again to which I have been for years I also told him that I was going to find who the owners are and to tell them they’re losing money by hiring a individual like this to run their business! He told me go a head bitch I don’t care and I laughed in his face and walked away. Is this how you want to run a professional business these days closes their doors for 10 minutes while there employees take a shit while you wait. Then be absolutely disrespected and talked down to by aignorant piece of shit Is absolutely absurd! Do yourself a favor don’t stop at this gas station! I would also like to add I just read that the owners name is Randy! well Randy I hope you read this and know you are losing tremendous amount of business with this unprofessional behavior of your employees. I as a business owner would probably suggest you rehire some of your staff. Because word-​of-​mouth gets around and yours is not good!

I go into this place nearly every day because its so convenient, but the manager/​owner named Randy is a horrible, miserable person and shows it with every chance he gets. I’ve always known to sort of stay out of his way but today when I was in there I mistakenly left the fridge door open in front of the energy drinks because its the one door in the entire planet that doesn’t shut by itself. Normally I notice this and close it but today I just happened to not notice that it stayed open. I go to the register to pay and was greeted by the ALWAYS friendly and professional attendants and was about to pay for my drink when I heard Randy yell from the other side of the store «Shut the f’ing door, welcome to the world of a-​holes from Waltham, another rude person from Waltham» etc, he didn’t abbreviate any of the profane words, he just continued to rant and rave with obscenity riddled complaints about the people of this city. It was incredibly obnoxious and unprofessional.
I will from now on go out of my way to avoid this place. This guy is just constantly rude and unprofessional and its gotten way out of hand. The other employees of this place, all of them, are great. Avoid this place if possible because an encounter with the ever miserable Randy can truly ruin your day.

I might just still be angry, but I felt the need to come and review based on my experience this afternoon. I’ve never used the car wash here, but I was desperate because my car was gross. I pulled up to the automated machine where you pick your wash. The machine spoke to me and told me to press one button if I was going to pay cash and there was a small sticker saying «no credit cards». So I pressed the button with my $ 6 in hand and attempted to but a dollar bill in the machine. The slot for the cash was lit up — suggesting it was working — but it wouldn’t take my cash. After a few attempts I pressed the button for assistance — hopefully from a human being — and I waited, and waited — pressed the button again — waited, waited… nothing.
I finally backed out and drove around to the other side of the car wash were I had seen someone standing when I pulled in. I said «The machine won’t take my money?» He said «You have to pay inside and get a pin number.» WHAT? Could there maybe have been a sign that said this? Why does the machine tell me it will take cash there? When I drove around again, I saw someone else going through this same problem. There is absolutely no indication that you have to pay inside first Grrr… I was unhappy.
They are open 24 hrs though… that’s a plus.

Normally I would think thrice about giving such sweet ratings to a gas station, being aware of all the bad things that Earth Gas-​raping companies do… But this place smells like bacon and I can’t help myself from going there even when the tank’s full and I have no real need to go inside.

Starting with the bacon smell: this place has killer breakfast sandwiches each morning. There’s the tried and true sausage ‘n egg combo, egg n’ cheese, and their superstar bacon ‘n egg sandwich. The bread muffin thing wrapped around this little cholesterol bomb is soft and pliable, forming a warm soft bread glove around the buttered bacon and egg. It is scrumptious.
Number two: This Shell has a HUGE selection of Pringles. Barbecue, sour cream and onion, regular, ranch — IN BOTH LARGE AND SMALL CANS. What can get better than that?
Finally, their soda fountain never has small cups. You’re forced to take a huge (insanely inexpensive) soda, and savor it all afternoon. Which is what I’m *slurp* doing right *slurp* now.
I love this place. It reminds me of how I was stupid in the mid-​west, and I’d save my allowance to go to the QT Convenience store and blow my allowance on Laffy Taffy and smokes. Only now, my taste buds are more refined.
