We came here after being ignored by stupid briar wait staff at Denny’s down the road. Good service and pleasant waitress. Horrible hash browns made completely unskillfully. The kid first made mine really soft. I asked them to redo them. The second try they were burnt tasting and too crispy. And, tasteless — no salt or seasoning at all. Too expensive for bad food and small portions.

What can I say… I love the Waffle House! I insist my parents take me there for breakfast whenever I’m back home in Kentucky.
I’ve been ordering the same thing for about 25 years — cheese omelette (they make the lightest most buttery delicious omelette’s in the world), hash browns scattered, smothered and covered (chopped up, smothered in onions and covered in cheese — OMG!) and toast with a lot of coffee.
This to me is pretty much the perfect breakfast. Yeah, the place isn’t ever much to look at but all this deliciousness will set you back about $ 7 per person… If you live in a «Waffle House» state, you are one lucky b*tch in this reviewer’s opinion.
