Horrible experience. I went to him to have some car keys lazer cut. Big mistake. He did a terrible job, one of the keys almost broke off in the ignition. He refused to refund the money. And followed up by making lame excuses that make no sense. Like his lazer cutter needs to be serviced…
I left his shop with 2 broken keys and went to my dealer and had a new key in 5 minutes that works perfect.
Lesson learned. I wouldn’t recommend his services, because his attitude is bad and I think he should go back to locksmith school. Does that exist?
