This is the worst urgent care facility I have ever used!!! The only reason I came back was because they take my insurance and many places don’t. Receptionists are uninterested and the nurses are also uninterested and short. I have had a different doctor every time I’ve been here and the first(dr. Lee?) Was decent, the second told me three different diagnosis and didn’t know what meds to prescribe and told me he was going to go look up medications that may help but can’t promise anything. He told me to use a steroid cream on a delicate part of my face and I asked if it would cause skin discoloration and his response was maybe, theres potential eh maybe you shouldnt use the cream… serious??? He also told me to go to a different doctor!!! Lastly, I came in for possible sinus infection/cold/flu and the third doctor took my temperature, listened to my lungs looked at me and said it’s probably viral so go home and rest, do you have work tomorrow, my answer was yes and his response was oh okay. I went to a different doctor the next day to find out I need antibiotics for a sinus infection and a blood work and a chest xray!!! This place is a joke.

Care is good, but receptionists and Doctors are not on time when it opens. Very Frustrating. You would think they would be there at least 15 minutes before it opens ready to greet patients. You know they are going to be there waiting.

Sliced my hand on a tomato can blood everywhere I called this place up they said yes we do stitches. I walk in ‚ 40 minutes later I walked out with seven stitches could not be easier & no six hour wait in the ER. Awesome!

Was seen for chest pain(under 50 female, no risk factors). Told my ekg was abnormal, maybe a heart attack and I should go to ER. Did not offer an ambulance. Instead female md left room and said I could bring a copy of ekg with me. I walked out to my car, receptionist did not even offer assistance. Called my husband who took me to the ER. Turns out the md at excell can’t read ekgs. An identical ekg in er proved all was well. Should have gone to Er dox Urgent Care where I have always received quality care. Beware of this place. I can only imagine how much my er bill will be thanks to Excel.

Went here for care when I still lived in New York. Now 15 months later their billing department starts sending me bills for service even though I had full medical insurance at the time of my visit. By law they have to bill within 90 days not 15 months later. Their billing department also flat out lied to me on the phone telling me they sent the first bill to my current GA address in July 2014 even though I did not move to this address until December 2014. Also the bills they send say that the account is severely past due even though they have not sent one bill prior.

Urgent Cares have been popping up all over the place, especially in Nassau County. They’re great so for many reasons. These types of outpatient establishments are very beneficial if you need immediate assistance, but would prefer not to go to the ER. But I’ll tell you why this one in particular is so excellent. I came on Memorial Day… of all days. I knew that my doctor’s office(as well as most offices) would be closed so Urgent Care it is. This location is fairly new and very conveniently located near my home. I walked in and had a wait time of about 10 mins(including paperwork). They take a wide range of insurances which is great. The woman working at the front desk was incredibly friendly and personable which made filling out all that paperwork that much easier/quicker. From first appearance, the inside was spacious, comfortable and most importantly VERY clean. All of the staff here including the doctor, were professional and of course helpful! My questions were all answered and I left with a positive experience. PLUS! They gave me a little bottle of hand sanitizer/chap stick before I left. And followed up with a phone call to see how I was feeling. I was very impressed.
