Dunkin’ Donuts

I always love the staff who work here — never have had bad service and the food is delicious… love the car culture that meets up here and is always something I look forward to during the summer. The service is also fast and they pay attention to what you want and have never gotten a drink that isn’t exactly to what I asked for. This place is 24 hours and I live coming here late at night with friends. Overall this place is the best Dunkin’ I’ve been to.

I was a regular customer for many years until recently. I bought two of the new jugs that had come the day before for my daughter who was going on a three day concert camping trip with her boyfriend
I saw them on the shelf as I was buying food and thought they could use them to stay hydrated. So I bought them. The concert ended up being rained out, bands canceled and they left due to the muddy fields. They came home with the unused and now unneeded jugs. Manager in store would only take back one mug because apparently I was sold one mug without a straw in it unbeknownst to me. He said I should’ve checked it when I purchased it. Like I am supposed to know that it is my responsibility to check his merchandise. Well needless to say we had an argument in front of all the customers and he was very adamant that he would only refund the money for one. This from a multi million dollar company, me a poor old consumer who will never set foot in any dunkin donuts again because a manager thought nine dollars and ninety nine cents was more important than making a customer whole again.

This is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts. Everyone is very friendly. Every time my coffee is PERFECT! Any other Dunkin donuts I go to its different every time and I never know what it is going to taste like. Love this Dunkin ! Keep up the great work guys !

Best green tea! The guy at the register took my, my boyfriend’s AND MY MOM’s specific directions for our orders so well. Quick service and friendly crew.

This Dunkin Donuts has been a Route 9 staple for as long as I can remember. It has been a favorite hangout spot for teenagers and young adults at least as long ago as I was a teenager (I graduated high school in 2001). The «fast and the furious» craze has diminished the car clubs from frequenting as much as they used to, but it is often quite busy and packed once spring nights bring people out of their houses after a long winter. It will often be difficult to find a spot here, and given the fact that it does not have a drive-​thru, I’m not sure I would recommend this location for someone looking for a quick cup of joe.
The older staff inside have been there forever, and are very hardworking, diligent and usually get the orders correct. However, some of the younger staff who are more interested in joking around with their co-​workers don’t always pay attention to what you ordered. That can be pretty frustrating when matched with the usual chaos of loud chatter in the tables that are usually occupied during «peak» hours like Friday and Saturday night.
All in all, it’s a decent DD but if you compare it to others around here, like the one in Freedom Plains, for instance, you will be sadly disappointed. It’s not worth a special trip.

It’s been about 5 years since I’ve been in a DD since i moved to the west coast, so of course I had to stop in. They have so many new things on the menu such as frozen drinks and breakfast items. I tried the iced hot chocolate and it was delicous. Also this location has a good amount of indoor seating, so even though it was kind of busy there was still room to sit. Also, since it’s busy there is good people watching. Back in the day they used to have car gatherings here at night. Not sure if it still happens, but it’d be woth a look. Sadly Im heading back to the west coast where there aren’t and DDs, so hopefully I’ll stop at another before i go for a boston kreme donut!
