I’ve ordered from here before and they take a while, also pies are pricey compared to other(better) restaurants, so I stopped ordering so frequently. Now I’m officially giving up, never again. After an evening of running errands, my husband and I realized at about 9:45 we were pretty hungry. I normally order from Joe Cristiano’s(great prices, fast friendly delivery), or Pavese’s(excellent food), but they aren’t open til 11. So Eddie’s it had to be. I called at 9:50 and was told that our personal pizza, meatball wedge, and Caesar salad would be a half hour. Sweet. Well it took closer to an hour. 55 minutes to be exact. We live in a townhome complex that is normally quiet. But at almost 11pm we heard music blaring from the parking lot. Food had arrived as well as a rude driver. I will never understand that, WHY do drivers leave their music blaring when they pull up to SOMEONEELSE’S HOME? ***Attention pizza delivery drivers who blare their music so as not to miss one note while you’re supposed to be WORKING: There is a pause function on the stereo in your car, it might look like two little lines, usually near the Play button; it may even say Pause right on it. If you press that button, you can resume listening to your music without missing anything when you get back in the privacy of your car.*** Technology, it’s fantastic! Unfortunately, my husband over tipped for this shoddy service because I spent 10+ years working in restaurants(also delivering, where I myself utilized the pause button when pulling up to someone else’s house) and he knows how I feel about tipping appropriately. So you’re welcome dude, you got more money out of us than you should have because I worked my ass off in the service industry. As far as the food is concerned, our pizza was cold– it was decent taste-wise, but clearly had been sitting for a while. My husband’s wedge was also cold, and he said the sauce wasn’t good. And my Caesar salad was just chopped lettuce with loads of parmigiano-romano cheese(the kind in the little glass container) on it. NODRESSING. Wtf is the point of giving someone a dry Caesar salad? If it had only been one or two things that had been wrong, I could overlook this experience. But the extra wait time, rude driver, and issue with each item just makes me think that next time we are hungry with no food in the house after 10pm, it’ll be a grilled cheese night.

Pretty decent pies. I think I prefer Vera’s in Poughkeepsie, but I’ve since moved and Eddie’s is much closer. Delivery time was something like an hour, but we ordered on a snow day. Maybe wait for the specials – they’re a tiny bit pricey. Normally my boyfriend and I will just pick up our order, and it’s usually more like a twenty minute or under wait.
