Wheel and Heel

Not happy with wheel and heel… Bought my bike from there a few years ago… When I went in they talked about fitting me, but when I actually purchased a bike they sent me right out the door without any type of fitting… They told me that I would get free tune ups with my purchase… After not riding it for a year I brought it in… They put air in the tires, that’s it… I would have driven all the way there if I knew that’s all they were going to do… And when I got home and checked, they didn’t even put the right amount of air in!!! On my first ride after this «tune up», the brakes seized up, I couldn’t even walk it home… Why didn’t they check anything?
I would give 1 star, but they are friendly… I don’t think I’ll be going back here for my next purchase though… I would do just as good purchasing something online or used…

Didn’t actually buy my new bike here BUT the sales staff were knowledgeable & very friendly & NOT high-​pressure. Answered all my questions & they’re prices seemed very reasonable. In the end, I went to a different shop but these guys are definitely worth a visit when you’re thinking of making a large purchase like a bike.
I checked street parking below because there’s a muni lot right across Mill St.

Just purchased a new Trek Superfly. The staff was knowledgable & friendly, let me try a couple different models & didnt pressure me into something I didnt want. Thanks for all your help Ben.
