Planet Wings

The food is fantastic, the staff is very friendly when I go to eat there and the delivery is super fast. They have a wide variety of sauces to choose from which is great in case I want to change it up a little bit. The place is always super clean. Pay them a visit!

Waited over an hour for our food .food was cold and they gave us the wrong food. then I was told if I wanted new food I would have to wait another hour !! Horrible !! If I could give a zero I would !!

The wings are pretty good and they followed instructions to make them extra crispy but the wings are freaking TINY! I’ll attach a picture but they’re literally ²⁄₃ or ½ the size of normal wings.
I’ll probably go back because they’re so close to me and I want to try one of their gyros, but honestly. meh.
UPDATE:
The wings they use are Bell & Evans which are ORGANIC and antibiotic-​free! That more than explains why they are smaller than hormone-​pumped «regular» wings. I take back all my previous complaints.
Also; their nachos are awesome!

I like this place but I have to say they are getting very skimpy. My gyro had very little meat and the order of fries was tiny. Food is good though. But if your going to pay ten bucks for a lunch you don’t want to walk away still hungry.

Love the honey teriyaki wings! The phone number on Unilocal is out of service, though, so we can’t call ahead & order, so we’ll have to wait which means I have to listen to my husband b***h from here to there & while we’re waiting for them to come out. Thanks, Unilocal!You owe me one. ;)

A little pricy, wings are small but they do serve a healthier brand of chicken which is a plus. The service is mostly on the delightful side.

Should be called wimpy wings cause there so small. We got better wings for comparable price at the diner down the road. Not going back.

Got the hot BBQ and hot garlic extra crispy. The wings were very good but the price was okay. Fast and friendly service. I will go back with the next wing fix.

The Wappingers Falls (and by association all PW’s) location couldn’t be under worse management and serve lousier food. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad that looked like Buffalo Chicken diarrhea. We called to complain and they told us they changed the recipe (we had liked the way the salad came out in the past). Fine. We asked for a refund and the snot nosed manager refused saying we got what we paid for. So I asked PW’s management through Facebook (or whoever controls their Facebook page) for the refund and after initially acting like they were going to do the right thing ended up ignoring me. Seriously, we are talking 9 bucks here. Screw PW’s and their tiny wings and crappy management. Don’t go there, BWW’s is better and priced basically the same. Or just go to a local pizza place.

Their wings are good, but the meals are pricy. For a sandwich, fries, and a drink it is close to 13 bucks. It does taste good, though. The wait time for delivery is the worst, though. It took close to 1 and a half hours for a delivery down the street. This happened twice. Ridiculous.

My family always enjoys wings from here because there is such a broad selection. However, the customer service sucks! The last 2 times we have ordered food to be delivered they forgot half the order. The first time it happened, they offered to bring us the rest of our food right away (it took over 40 minutes). The second time it happened the women had an attitude with us like it was our fault they didn’t bring the food. You charged us for it, I would like you to deliver it. I tipped the driver 20% tip for nothing basically. «Jackie» told us we could come pick it up. Why would I place an order for delivery if I could have just picked it up?! Again with an attitude she told us we could have store credit. Lets see if they even acknowledge it when ever I happen to go back to this place. Bottom line is go in to order of you want wings. If you call they treat you like your bothering them.

They have good fried as well; Curly style. Buffalo chicken is spicy and tasty. You can also order some yummy tacos… they also deliver if you wanna stay home chill and watch some football.

The wings at Planet Wings are pretty good.
Planet Wings offers 24 flavors of wings & boneless wings, as well as burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken sandwiches, gyros, tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, salads, fried sides, and big cookies (on the counter). Pepsi fountain drinks are offered here.
The prices are not too bad, $ 6.99 for 10 wings (or boneless), but the 10 combo meals offered here are a pretty good deal. I usually get the Combo 1: 10 Wings (or Boneless Wings), Curly Fries, and a medium fountain drink for $ 7.99, $ 1 more than 10 wings ala carte. Additional bleu cheese & celery are extra charge.
The wings are fresh and not frozen and are on the smaller side. The boneless wings are like chicken nuggets, crispy breading outside and chewy tender chicken inside. I prefer my wings on the mild side (I want to actually taste the food) while my buddy likes his wings very hot and spicy. The curly fries were fried crispy outside with slightly dense potato texture inside.
On my recent visit to the Wappingers Falls Planet Wings, I ordered the Combo 1 and tried a new flavor, Bourbon BBQ (boneless) wings, which had a unique sweet taste. My favorite flavor is still the Jamaican Jerk wings.
Overall, the wings here are pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had, but IMO, a big step up from Buffalo Wild Wings.
