If you go for the buffet don’t go until 11:30 even though it opens at 11:00am they were so rude saying it’s not gonna be ready till 1130 with an attitude

Ordered online and well after the time suggested they hadn’t even started making the pizza.
The place smells like dirty mop water when you walk in (everytime).
Employees disgruntled, not friendly and like to use their bare hands (which just handled money) to make the pizza and put toppings on.
Disgusting.

Order Twice online. When I went to pick the pizza up it wasn’t ready had to wait an extra 20 minutes. The reason for ordering it online so I wouldn’t have to wait

The place is Dirty

I always come here and the last time I came it was awful. Worst service and smelled bad. I came today because I was starving and when I walked in I was greeted with a nice smile. It was a different staff and the waitress I had was wonderful. I have to make sure I come when she’s on otherwise you’ll get horrible service. It smelled better and the tables wet clean! I’m very happy I came this time. Well here’s an updated review… The waitress that greeted me and took my order and gave me my drink was the good 1. The waitress who gave me my food was the 1 I had before. She’s the worst. She felt like she had to explain why I was getting 5 breadsticks and asked me why I didn’t order the buffet. I really wish I had the other waitress. The 1 I thought I had was soooo nice she took outside a carry out to customers and even gave them their water bottle and soda that was left on the counter. She is short, thin, dark hair and is always nice. The waitress I don’t like is fat short and always talking. My receipt says entered by Donna. So I hope that’s the woman I like.

They need to clean the place up a bit the rugs are disgustingly dirty and pizza is not that great either

I’m very disappointed in the management and the service going on with this businesses since most people don’t go to Pizza Hut anymore. The food isn’t what it use to be as well as the service. The employees would rather talk among themselves than do their job efficiently. The food is dried and overcooked, I wouldn’t be surprise if they are giving customers food that past the expiration date. If the General Manager is that young big guy Rob in the back I don’t see this place staying in business that long since I remember him working at an Arby’s in Wappingers Falls that restaurant didn’t stay in business that long.

We were not happy the last visit but we decided to try it again — will not give it a third try! Had to wait to be seated even though place was almost empty. Sticky tables and place was run down. Price was high for what you got. One positive comment was the waitress was very pleasant and attentive.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have come here in the past just to order out and it was unusually slow, but they were always pleasant. I came here with my two daughters and grandmother for a quick treat since we haven’t had pizza in awhile. We walked in around 2:20 with a family in line behind us and sat by 2:25. The server came over fairly quickly and I told her I already knew that we wanted a large, deep dish pepperoni pizza and that I was unsure to what I wanted to drink and to please get us water. After 15 minutes, the family that came in after us had their drinks and pizza, while we sat with nothing. She came over to us and had to question whether we wanted pepperoni or not and that the pan was already in the over. Annoyed that it was 2:45 and she was just asking this, I said yes still without any water on the table. By 2:50 I had to get up and ask for water saying it had already been over 20 minutes and we had nothing to drink on the table. With no apology and a clear attitude, she said okay. We got our water 3 minutes later (I start to watch the clock after a long wait) and my grandmother asked as to the status of the pizza, with an attitude she told us the pizza needed at least 10 minutes alone in the oven. When she went back to her work station behind the counter while another employee sat in full view chomping away at some food, I overheard her complain about us. I allowed my girls to take some sips of the water we had just been served and then we left. I told her that she shouldn’t be talking about people where they can hear them and again with the attitude she told me she hadn’t then said «Bye» with the biggest attitude of our 40 minutes there. Never again.

This is deffinitly the worst Pizza Hut around. They don’t have half the stuff most pizza hits have including pizza rolls disappointed

Not only have I NEVER had a bad experience, but I worked here 10 years ago and only have good things to report even as an employee. Best food in this price range for sure!

Came here on Mother’s Day, and it was nearly empty. Guess it would be since Pizza Hut is not what comes to mind when it comes to appreciating mothers. We had a group of 12, and since the place was empty, we had the run of the place.
The tables we were seated at were clean. There were plenty of baby high chairs available as we use two. The arcade machines were okay; one NeoGeo arcade game, 1 carnival claw prize game, 1 carnival fork lift prize game, and a bunch of candy turn knob machines. The prizes were nothing to really get excited about. Best prize was a Nintendo 3DS.
The workers look around their lower 20’s and did not appear happy to be there. No service with a smile, no hint of enthusiasm or any small talk. Aside of the initial presentation, the waitress was quite informative. We ordered 4 large pies, wings, and drinks. The waitress did inform us that if we ordered by pitcher, they were not refillable vs individual drink orders that would be. The waitress did come by to check if everything was okay with our order.
The food came out, and Pizza Hut pizzas are not what I remembered them to be in the 80’s or 90’s. Seems as though Pizza Hut severely dropped in quality while they let Dominos take their share of business. The Cheesy Stuffed Pizza was mess full of oil. The Veggie Lovers, Meat Lovers, and Supreme pizzas were blah. Slightly above the quality of Di Gornios frozen brand in the supermarkets. Upside is even for ordering all of this, it came out very affordable.
Many carry out orders were picked up while we were there, making this place well utilized as a take out vs a sit in establishment.
I give this place 3 stars for being, «A-​OK.»

The sticky tables are apparently from a mistake which occurred when they first opened. They cleaned with the wrong cleaner or put on the wrong varnish and voila, permanently ‘sticky’ tables, so don’t think its dirty.
I almost always order to go, never have a problem. Its fast and tastes exactly like you think Pizza Hut pizza is going to. I always get my pies extra sauce, tend to be on the dry side. I just wish they delivered.

Stopped in for some lunch with the family and based on the one Unilocal review I thought, «Oh boy what are we in for» since I have come to depend on and even trust Unilocal reviews.
Upon initially arriving on a Sunday the store had just opened up (about 11am) and the place was clean with us probably being the first customers of the day. A glance over to the kitchen and it seemed a tad messy for early in the morning on Sunday. Another review mentioned «sticky» tables and I noticed that «feel» as well but the tables also did appear to be cleaned. I think the tables were designed with that «feeling» so it seems like they might be dirty but the tables looked pretty clean to us.
I hadn’t had pizza hut in probably 4 – 5 years and with good reason. I just didn’t miss the taste of their greasy pizza, sure all pizza is greasy but this pizza seemed extra greasy and the crust almost taste like «fake» pizza. I love pizza and eat it daily but this stuff tasted awful but probably because we are used to Dominoes and the regular local pizza shop, although Dominoes tastes nothing like traditional pizza either it is a little better.
I can’t knock pizza hut for the generic branded pizza process and the overall appearance and experience of this location was good. Waitress was great so service was really good.
