I’ve worked in Ware MA for over three years. Passed by this place probably a thousand times. Because of my health, I never stopped in due to the type of diet I am on. Coworkers suggested we go there and I am glad I did. They have pulled pork and beef brisket. Tried the pulled pork with cole slaw, their Carolina style, and it was outstanding. Picked up a quart of the Texas beef brisket to have with my family tonight. It is run by a Husband and Wife team. Very nice people. You can get different variety of sauces and a side of baked beans. They have one selection that has a brisket and chicken mix but have not tried it yet. They are located on Route 32 in Ware just after the Jeep dealership. Not a lot on the menu but you do not need it. If your in the mood for this type of food, it is worth the ride to Ware. I highly recommend it!

I have a traveled the country and eaten at many restaurants of all ethnicity. Came across this little roadside stand and was completely satisfied with the brisket, beans, coleslaw, all which are out of sight. Give it a try. Who would’ve thought this type of food was available in a small town in western Massachusetts?

Only been to this place once, so far so good ! I got the two meat platter with brisket and chicken, was there about 2 weeks ago. The brisket was a LOT better than BT’s in Sturbridge and the chicken was really good and moist. But, the beans were insanely good, if I wasn’t on my motorcycle I would have gotten a bucket of them to go!

good brisket, well smoked but my batch had a VERY faint chemical overtone. Not sure what from. Maybe my bad luck… I will try them again when next in the area. VERY friendly service.

Real barbecue made from real people REAL good too. Come over and try can’t beat the prices. The coleslaw is one of the best ever and the beans come on Boston got nothing on these beans. Tryed everything love it all… Enjoy but don’t take my ribs.

I have no idea how such delicious, authentic Southern BBQ came to a parking lot in the wilds of Massachusetts, but I don’t feel the need to ask too many questions after my super-smoky pulled pork sandwich with Carolina sauce. The beans were good, a little funny with what looked like cornbread crumbs in the mix with hot peppers and onions and some kind of meat, but good.

There isn’t much in Ware, but this place is worth the trip! The slaw is the best I’ve ever had! Ever! Pulled pork has just the right amount of smokey flavor and very juicy! It’s cash only.

Been there many times, everything is excellent and always consistent. They usually run out of ribs in late afternoon, so get there early if that is your craving.

Have tried almost everything at Pig Park and never disappointed. Stopped by late today and they had sold out of ribs — so get there early for ribs. However, they suggested their«pig bowl» which was a layer of pulled pork, topped with awesome homemade beans and then a homemade cole slaw. That might be my new favorite!
