This office has everything you could ask for in an orthodontic setting. Let me start by saying I am an older patient, who carefully researched prior to selecting this office for my invisalignes. He listens … and answers all of your questions to your satisfaction and understanding instilling confidence and trust, immediately, and at each subsequent appointment. Yesss!!! The staff … I cannot say enough about the staff. The office staff and the orthodontic assistants, they are all knowledgeable, congenial, and folks who enabled me to be at complete ease throughout this entire experience. Additionally, I observed interactions by staff, with children of various ages and stages of care. Their interaction, compassion and mindfulness with each child was exemplary. The wait time for my appointments was … non-​existent! I signed in, was greeted by staff, sat, VERY briefly, then met with one of the assistants (who were all SUPER) followed by an evaluation and question /​answer period with Dr. Oliveira.
