My husband and I have been coming here for about 2 years. I have to say that the service and food had declined. It’s not terrible but it’s not like it used to be. Recently the meals have been decent but not great. Today we both got burgers and soup. The burgers were decent but the broccoli and cheddar soup wasn’t good at all. The waitress also forgot to put in our app:(I think this will be our last trip to Longhorn

I have never been to a restaurant with such horrible customer service as you come through the door. Waited one hour and ten minutes. Watched tables become empty and not get wiped down for 20 minutes. Watched empty tables sit for just as long. Watched hosts walk around and do nothing more than chat with customers and between themselves and not help clear tables or try to get tables turned. Place was packed and these employees were so lazy that they didn’t care. General manager was running the kitchen so she was not able to see what was going on. Even our waitress was annoyed with the way customers were being made to wait. We walked through the door 90 minutes ago and just got our drinks. Just. Wow. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I have been to many a Longhorn, and I have always had a wonderful experience. I had hoped that this one would be no difference. However, my boyfriend — who was experiencing Longhorn for the first time — and I had a very negative experience at this particular branch a few weeks ago. From the minute we walked in the door, we both felt not only like an inconvenience but also as though no one in the establishment had any zeal for their job. My boyfriend I have both worked in restaurants for a collective 12 years, and we know that it isn’t the most pleasant work all the time. However, in the service industry, you survive on tips, and therefore one would think that a server could look beyond the grueling work and put on a smile. The host didn’t even stop walking when he dropped our menus without a word. We were not greeted for 10 minutes, and when we finally were greeted, it was another 10 minutes for a bottled beer and a glass of wine. Our server dropped the drinks and once again did not return for an extended period of time. Let me also prophase by saying the place was near deserted; I would have been completely fine with the time had the servers been in the weeds and moving around the restaurant. Not only were there lacking patrons, but the restaurant itself was filthy. It was as though no one had vacuumed the floor all week. We finally ordered our food, and in true fashion of the evening, we didn’t see our server or our meals for 30 minutes. Additionally, the food that did make it to us was incorrect — over cooked and missing items that we had ordered — and we were not checked on to inform our server of that fact. Finally, we asked for our check, and when our server returned, he brought to go boxes and no check. We entered the restaurant around 6 on a slow evening, and we left irritated and hungry around 9 pm. I would absolutely go to another Longhorn again, but this instance was a real disappointment and turned me off to this location completely. We will never go back.

Longhorn Steakhouse is amazing. As the name suggests, they focus on serving all kinds of steak. Ribeye, Sirloin, T-Bone, Prime Rib, Flat Iron, Porterhouse, and the cream of the crop, so to speak, Filet Mignon. They are all cooked to order, from«rare» all the way up to «well done». My personal recommendation is the White Cheddar and Bacon Stuffed Filet. Cheese and bacon make just about everything better. For those not into steak, you can also get a variety of appetitzers, soups, sandwiches, seafood, chicken, pork chops, baby back ribs, salad, and other entrees Prices are on the high side, as it is a «casual dining restaurant»(for three people, each ordering a filet mignon and two sides, it was over $ 110(that does include a tip). However, for the money, the food is fantastic. My steak was cooked just like I wanted it, and I was very satisfied. The bread they put on the table when you come in is also tasty, but don’t fill up on it, save room for the good stuff. The only downside is, I generally like to have a soda with a fine steak, but they don’t have any soda I like(I’m not a Coke person) so I usually end up drinking ice water. All the staff are very friendly, the host/hostesses, and the waitstaff. All in all, if you can scrape together the money, it’s a fine meal. Highly recommended. *Update* I went back on 1÷26÷2016, and when I tried to order the White Cheddar and Bacon Stuffed Filet, I was told it was no longer on the menu. Not that I don’t still love a good filet mignon, but that steak set Longhorn apart from its competition. Now I’m not more apt to chose this steakhouse over another.

So they discontinued the loaded baked potato soup in Miami so I had to move 1,500 miles away to get it here. It was worth the trip. I’m sure there are lots of calories in it but I’ll just binge watch Orange IsThe New Black on my treadmill.

We enjoyed our lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon. Our server Anthony was prompt and professional. He brought us our drinks straight away. From the moment we were seated to the time we were served 30 mins. Not bad at all! My husband had the Montana Mule which he thought was pretty tasty. He had the shaved prime rib sandwich and sweet potato which«hit the spot». I had the Rocky Top Chicken Sandwich which was tender and juicy. For an additional 1.59 $ I had asparagus. 18 fresh young aspagus stalks cooked perfectly. The girls had chicken and a hot dog which the devoured. This is the one only chain restaurants we like and will certainly be back. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because its a casual dining experience and not fine dining. Not because we found fault in our experience.

Great food and atmosphere. However the server was overzealous and while my wife and I were trying to enjoy good conversation she kept coming over to ask how things were. After the 4th time in a matter of 17 minutes I politely asked her to leave us alone. And that we loved the apps we ordered but we’re trying talk and not interested in ordering dinner until we finished them. She didnt like that and told the manager. The manager peered around the corner and pretended to be looking around but I could tell she was trying to look at us. It was a great meal but I don’t like to be constantly bothered while eating and talking. Once is enough. If I have a problem I’ll let you know. We wont go back to dine again however I will do take out. Restaurant was not busy so they were not trying to turn tables over.

My BF and I have been a frequent customer to this establishment and have yet to have a bad experience. The servers and the staff has always been very welcoming and attentive. For example, couple a week ago our server I forgot his name bought my bf and I at the end of the meal two Pibb Xtra soda to go and bread with our take home. I do recommend there fresh chicken tenders, and there limited time 12.996 inch steak,

I have yet to have a bad meal or service from this restaurant or the Longhorns in Pembroke. I have had some bad service from the Raynham store though. I love coming to this restaurant all the time, the food is fantastic, has wonderful side dishes and appetizers. My grandmother in particular loves coming here for the steaks and she is a complainer of alot of steak cooked wrong at other places. I probably come by here once a month or more. The best thing about this place is they have Pibb Xtra soda, My favorite southern cola! Not sure what else to write because im hungry after writing this lol.

My husband, myself, and his parents enjoyed a good meal and excellent service. I had their Grilled chicken and portabella meal with a sweet potato on the side. My husband had the Baby Back Ribs. Our meals were good. Portions were lunch sized and ample enough. Our waitress, who was expecting, was very pleasant. When it came to dessert, we mentioned that three of us were celebrating birthdays in March. We had ordered their Chocolate Stampede which was huge and delicious– more than enough for two and perfect for the four of us. The waitress informed us that the manager picked up the cost of the dessert — a very nice gesture.

I am puzzled about the other reviews posted here as our experience at this steakhouse was GREAT! Our waitress, Kathleen, couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. The second time we visited, she remembered not only us, but what we ordered. The manager Pat, is totally professional and customer service oriented. We were treated like queens by her. The food was also GREAT! Everything was cooked to order and top quality. Our only complaint is that the servings are too generous — we left with several«to go» bags. We recommend their specials: I had lobster stuffed filet mignon — delicious! Save room for their outrageous deserts.

Not a fan of these Olivegardensmokeybonebugaboutback places, but it was close and we had heard good things about the joint. Décor was nice, masculine, dark and woody a few notches above Bugaboo or Smokey Bones, very dim lighting. Service was prompt and efficient but they use the«team» approach I guess, so there was different server throughout the meal. No chance to bond with one person which affects the tip in my world. The menu is very limited… I know is primarily a steak house but there isn’t much besides steak, chicken and salmon thrown in to appease the dieter/veg person. The prices are pretty high, my entrée was $ 22.49 for the crab stuffed filet. The food was good, hot, but overseasoned(salt) and unimpressive. I can see paying $ 20 – 30 for a great steak in a Fleminngs or Capital Grille, but not in this mall chain. Nothing was terribly bad, but but it was just«chainlike» as exactly what I expected. Doubt I will return as there are so many great independent places around here, but if you like this upgraded mall chow, have at.

I just had dinner there last night. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the food at all. We were seated with no problem and our waitress was fine although the food took a while. I ordered the Trio which they are promoting — a 6 oz. top sirloin, grilled chicken topped with a mushroom sauce and fresh salmon grilled on a cedar plank. My husband ordered the Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Salad. I enjoyed the chicken but the salmon and steak were overcooked. The meat actually had an odd smell. My husband’s meal also had an odor. Needless to say, I did not finish my salmon or steak. The manager offered to cook another one for me but the replacement piece was also overcooked. If you are craving for a good steak, I would look else where. I would not go there again.
