My boyfriend took me here for one of our anniversary dates. We had a very late dinner I think it was around midnight haha. But it was so quiet and peaceful. The food was amazing I had the cream chipped beef and went for the all you can eat said bar. Omg the salad bar was my favorite. it’s not just salad. It had soup, cold pasta, a variety of different kinds of breads and cheese. And the service was great. They answered every questions I had about their menu, they refilled our coffee, food came out fast, and the portions are perfect! By far the best diner I’ve ever been too. I will be back :)

Not much to say, just a quick, cheap and easy meal. The food is ok and the service is pretty good. Nothing I would go out of my way for, I come back for the convenience as I live near by.

For being a diner, this place is actually pretty good. Definitely prefer this to some local diners around us. Their food seems fresher and cooked with a bit more love. They do have one of the best Gyro sandwiched around, trust me on this one. Highly recommend the Gyro wrap if you are in the mood for a tasty, flavorful and juicy meal that will leave your fingers smelling like Gyro and Tzatziki sauce for days… Their half dollar pancakes are pretty good as well. Wife and i usually hit this place for breakfast, so can’t go wrong with their omelets or even eggs, sausage and cheese on a kaiser or croissant. They also have pretty good home fries, ask for some well fried onions in them bad boys. They are priced pretty reasonable as well. Overall definitely a nice place to hit when you are in a mood for that 2am hunger buzz or weekend early breakfast run.

We’ve been going to the Eagle for a very long time, but the past few dinners we’ve had there were just plain awful. I have never written a review on Unilocal before, but this time it was so disappointing, we thought it was deserved. I ordered broiled salmon. It was bland, and had a funny taste that I just couldn’t put my finger on. Not rotten, but just not good. I was afraid to finish it. My boyfriend ordered chicken cordon bleu with linguini, and he said it was awful. Again, no real flavors. Just blah, boring chicken in a plain, bland lemon butter sauce. Their salad bar is always good. Everything is fresh and plentiful. The soup wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t hot. I also want to comment on a side veggie I got once before only a month or two ago. I ordered broccoli. It was dull green, limp, and smelled old. Awful. I didn’t eat it. I know a diner isn’t going to have four-star food, and I don’t expect that. Just something edible and somewhat enjoyable! We’ve decided that the only reason we’ll go back to the Eagle in the future is for breakfast. They can’t mess that up too much! Who knows… maybe they have new cooks in the kitchen, or maybe their standards have been lowered, but guess what… they just lost two regulars. There are PLENTY of better diners in the area!

The best diner in the area!!! Food, service, and the prices can’t be beat. Our service was very nice and friendly. Dinner was excellent. The salad bar came with the meal, and oh my goodness, it is a big salad bar. I ordered the grill chicken dinner, and it was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the lasagna and was extremely satisfied. Great food, great service!

Horrible food! I have been to this diner many times for lunch. The salad bar is one of the best and the variety of soups is nice. Tonight I went for dinner with my daughter. The meals were aweful!!!’ The service was just OK. It was my first and last dinner at The Eagle Diner.

This place has been here for ages, and I really don’t know how it survives. The only time I ever see it busy is weekend mornings. I came here late night during the week. The waitstaff is okay, my server couldn’t care less about what my husband and I were ordering. Didn’t make any effort to make conversation or even ask how our day was.(Uhhh…ok??). When the food came out, the eggs were only room temperature and the pancakes were dry. My husbands cheesesteak was good though. Fries were excellent. Maybe this is a diner where you should forgo eating breakfast food and stick to lunch/dinner options.

I’m not a big diner person, but I love Eagle. The experiences I’ve had over the years have been enjoyable ones. Service is always friendly and fast and(most) of the food is yummy in my tummy. Here’s what’s worth a try: WESTERNOMELET: Imagine… ham, onions, and green peppers all swirled together deliciously in a fluffy egg omelet. Add cheddar cheese and now I’m drooling. Comes with hash browns and toast. A great deal for just over six dollars. PORKROLL: Preferably with fried egg and cheddar cheese on a plain bagel. Absolutely amazing and worth the inevitable heartburn. Also around six buckaroonies. RANCHEROWRAP: On a tomato basil tortilla. A classic Eagle favorite. It’s got chicken fingers and bacon and cheddar and tomatoes and ranch all rolled up in a palatable dish that’s even better when you bring it home and eat it chilled(pro tip!). Comes with fries. Just over eight dollars. MILKSHAKE: Sweet baby Jesus the milkshakes are so unexpectedly divine. Just go try one. Strawberry is my favorite. I’ve been eating here since I was an annoying little high schooler who went to diners when there was nothing else to do at 1:00 in the morning. Props to Eagle for having some of the coolest and most patient waiters ever.

I used to come here all the time, but each time it seems to get worse and worse, while the prices slowly creep up. The food quality has definitely dropped. Ordered a burger with onion rings. everything except for maybe the toppings were virtually tasteless. Not only that, but the food came out way too fast(I was with my family who ordered other assorted meals), so you know it’s all pre-made, microwaved food. And they no longer let you add on the salad bar(the only thing this place has going for it) to a meal. only give you ½ off a sandwich if you buy the salad bar at full price. The only plus is, the staff is always friendly and prompt. This may be an okay place for a quick breakfast or sandwich at lunch, but I don’t think I will be back anytime soon for dinner.

Solid 3.5 stars. This is our go-to diner for breakfast on occasion. The food and service is good. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait depending on day/time you get there. Their dessert case always looks inviting, but I never have any room to try anything out of it. Ace Diner is now closer of a drive for us, so we might test out the waters there and see if we can get an equally good meal.

I have to say the best things about this place are the salad bar and the dessert. Eaten here three times and it’s not anything special. Had breakfast for the first time this weekend and the pancakes were awful. I will say that the service is great! Everyone is always very nice and the service is fast!

Tonight we went to a diner that we haven’t been to in a long time. The Eagle Diner in Warminster. A double date with my brother and sister in law we had a great time and good food. Where else can you go and 4 adults eat for $ 72 including gratuity. Now if you are looking for a restaurant with ambiance make a U-Turn and go somewhere else. But if you want a reasonably priced meal with a greattttt salad bar, a ton of selections, incredible desserts, and friendly servers, hostesses, and management, then you will love it here. I am not going to get into extreme descriptions of what we all had but we all walked out full and satisfied. Now I chose to not do the salad bar because I treated myself to a hamburger. But what a hamburger it was. Okay before my friends get on me about it’s not diet food, let me tell you that I very seldom allow myself a burger like the«EPICUREAN». A double cheese burger with bacon and a side of onion rings and french fries. Don’t forget the cole slaw and pickle. Wifie did the chicken pot pie, my sister in law the chicken alfredo, and my brother the veal parmesan. Located at the intersection of 263(York Road) and 132(Street Road) if you haven’t been to this diner before you should check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Normally it’s freezing in here but we get good service & pretty good food… Tonight the usual manager was not here. It was borderline hot In here… The service was AWFUL… Once we sent back our food & got the correct order it wasn’t so bad… But the saving grace was on the way out the manager let us know that we didn’t owe anything & apologized for the whole experience… We live close to here & will def be back but we’ll think twice about coming on a Tuesday…

Instead of our usual haunts for Saturday breakfast, we decided to try the Eagle Diner. It was exactly what you would expect. Waitresses who call you hon, lots of coffee refills and delicious diner breakfast. I had the pancakes with a side of sausage. I don’t know how they did it, but the pancakes were seriously about a half inch thick. The edges were crunchy and they were served with plenty of butter and syrup. The sausages were really tasty and the ends were crispy. Yes. T had a spinach and feta omelet with fresh spinach and tons of feta and he really enjoyed it. I liked that there were no onions in the hash browns I tasted. The best part? I think we walked out of there spending less than $ 20. Perhaps we’ll go back to try my other diner staple, the grilled cheese.

When you want late-night catch up with a friend while overhearing an insane person in the neighboring booth speedtalk about an FBI chase, and you find yourself in the middle of friggin Warminster, 5 stars. When you desire a salad bar plate layered with iceberg, raw broccoli, bac-o-bits, blue cheese dressing and russian dressing … with a red jello chaser, and further nestled with macaroni salad and a hunk of sweet bread dressed in apple butter, and all that is an «appetizer», 5 stars. When you’re a native craving chicken croquettes, 5 stars for availability, 3 stars for execution. When you want straight-up veal parm: 3 stars for the fried veal plain, 1.5 stars when cheese and sauce are added. My dining colleague, originally from the area and long familiar with the Eagle, tasted my dish and immediately pronounced, must have been a change in ownership. Tastes middle eastern. And it sort of did, but not in a delicious hummus way, but more like in a Turkish just-add-sumac to marinara and don’t heat the weird cheese way. When you want dessert, and go with the highly touted chocolate and peanut butter pie, 1 star. Chocolate should not be(or taste) gray. We hypothesized that the chocolate was blended with whipped toping and gelatin or corn starch to produce the ashen color and insulation texture and flavor. The peanut butter peakes were equally spongy, sticky and dry, with a gross flavor. Urging you to avoid this item. When you want coffee, 3 stars for standard-issue diner coffee, because they made the pot fresh. Fewer if they hadn’t. When you want great service, 5 stars. The waitress was perfect, and let us hang out and talk for hours. For her trouble, we tipped her 94508348573874560%, and I suggest you do the same. When you want to be mesmerized by glittering man jewelry, 5 stars — the manager /cashier was lavishly appointed in bracelets, pendants, rings and such. I couldn’t turn my gaze away.

Its a beautiful Sunday morning and where better place to eat breakfast then Eagle diner? Definitely worth the 30 minute drive. My boyfriend introduced me to this awesome treasure and I have been addicted ever since. Everything is yummy, especially their chocolate chip waffles. Perfect consistency, never dry or over-cooked. Service is always friendly. I am not exactly sure why the reviews on here are so bad, the place is generally booming with customers yet the wait is never long.

There are so many diner options in the area, and this is one of those diners we just never have visited and I don’t know why, as we drive by often on our way to other diners! Hubby and I tried the Eagle for breakfast on New Year’s eve morning. The place was busy for a weekday morning, but then again this was a holiday for lots of folks. Menu is good and has something for everyone. We both got a combo breakfast that included eggs, meat, pancakes and coffee/juice. The eggs/meat were fine, the pancakes were dry, bland and even though I saturated them in syrup just to get some flavor, it didn’t help. The coffee here was also very weak and has little in the way of flavor. I will say the service is excellent, the place is very clean and run efficiently. That said, the breakfast food is better at other area diners, so maybe I’ll try the Eagle again for lunch or dinner.
