Quick, reliable and economical. I manage a few rental units, and as a result I have to deal with broken windows from time to time. I simply drop off the window sash, and it’s fixed and ready to be picked up the next day (They can also fix it on the same day if the window is dropped off before 10:00 AM). The quick turn-​around is much appreciated. Also, the cost is reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted R&R for an estimate on a window that wasn’t closing completely. The woman who schedule my appointment was very friendly and apologized that they couldn’t get out sooner (still scheduled within a week). When the guys came to take a look, they found that the problem was minor and fixed it on the spot (less than 10 minutes) free of charge. I asked if we needed to consider replacing the windows in the future and they both said it wasn’t necessary. This is an honest company that I would use in the future and recommend to others!

These guys did a great job reglazing a window for our house. It was done well, same day/​on time and at a very reasonable cost. Courteous and professional service at the office and on the phone as well. Definitely recommended.

Their response to my inquiries was extensive and immediate, and the prices were less than I expected. One of the staff members actually came out to my house a second time to review every window because I asked a question, and then told me I didn’t need something I thought I needed– saving me money! They put in my glass windows eight months ago and I have saved their business card.
