My family has frequented this establishment many times. However, this last time, on 2÷13÷16, the service and the manner in which we tried to resolve our issues left little to be desired. We ordered our food and after waiting an exceptionally long time it came in piece mail. My husband’s almost didn’t come at all. They gave his meal away to someone else. So the rest of us were almost done eating when my husband’s finally arrived. While we were waiting they asked us if we would like refills, our glasses were still halfway full but we said fine. The other two people had ice tea. After dinner I ordered dessert and got a different dessert than what I ordered. Instead of making them take it back I still ate it. When the bill came we noticed that we were charged for 4 sodas when all we had were 2. They charged us for full refills, at $ 2.79 each that’s alot. We were never told that refills were at full price. As I said before this is not our first time there. Plus our sodas were not empty when they were refilled. We would have talked to the server, however, she never came back. My husband went up to the man at the counter to question the bill and see if it could be rectified. He said it was correct. My husband told him all the issues and the man did nothing. The bill was $ 74 and change. My husband gave him $ 90 by accident cause he had the waitresses gratuity in hand. The man at the register took all the money and gave him nothing back. When my husband came back I asked where the tip was and he said Oh I forgot and handed him all the money. He went back up and the man said, Oh, she’ll get it. I did not feel comfortable with that and told the hostess. To which she thanked me for letting her know. She assured me she would make sure she would get it. In spite of the problems I would never stiff a server. as I was one. We had a couple with us who were never there before and we told them how good this place is. Well I guess it’s safe to say they weren’t impressed. When I got home I tried contacting Roman Delight by way of writing on their page. Needless to say I’m still waiting for a response. As a former server I can honestly say this is not the way to operate your business. You should at the very least contact your clients. I have never had an issue there before however I am extremely hesistant to go back. I would appreciate a response from them. The server was well aware of the first incident regarding the food errors as she blamed the kitchen for giving away the food and the food coming out instages for each person. As I said I didn’t get to address the other issues of the wrong dessert and the sodas cause she never returned to our table after putting down the dessert and dropping the bill off at the same time. The dessert was a chocolate bomb with ice cream inside and the wrong icecream flavor was delivered. As I said I hope they read this review and at least try to contact me.

Food is always good and the delivery to our office is always fast. Can ask for more than that!

Came here for some apps and a couple of cold ones. The apps were half off on HH and they had a ton of options to pick from. Only about 5 drafts on tap. I ordered the buffalo wings and coconut shrimp both were ok.

The food here is generally pretty darn good, but we jut went and got a bruschetta pizza that was made differently than any other I’ve had EVER. It was pizza dough cooked– just the dough. Not a white pizza or plain pizza– just dough– sprinkled with freezing cold mildly decent bruschetta. They didn’t offer to replace our pizza, cook it to melt the cheese in the bruschetta, ask if we wanted anything else; which was disappointing. The server walked away and came back with a box and said they would give us 20% off and a free dessert. Very nice, but we left hungry with a pizza that we then reheated at home and added cheese to. Thank goodness for the delicious garlic knots. Also the waitress claimed it was the chefs first time making this pizza– so you would think they would have offered to fix it. I’m pretty sure she/he forgot to make a «pizza“base!

I have tried other pizza in Warminster. This pizza is the best I’ve had. The toppings are thick and plentiful and the crust and sauce are very good. 19 dollars for a large is a bit high but it’s not outrageous for its quality. One thing I can appreciate as a customer is that when I visit they are very friendly. Today they gave me a coupon for two dollars off which I found very nice. The one thing that concerns me for them is that Santucci’s is about to open. If their pizza is that much better I may go there, but they better be courteous and kind like Roman. Guiseppies is lack luster I hope it folds.

Worth the trip for good pizza, hoagie’s and appetizers. Dinner menu is mostly all over priced pasta dishes and chicken. Not much of a selection beyond that. They offered surf & turf on a recent holiday. Very disappointing. The steak was tough and the small 4 oz tail was chewy. Sent it back. They did offer a gift certificate for a future meal. Roman is okay for comfort food but you will be disappointed with their dinner. They are a high end pizza shop that fails to deliver authentic Italian food. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

Wanted to thank the team at Roman Delight for such a wonderful job catering my sister’s baby shower. The food was ALL delicious, there was so much variety… hors d’oeuvres to many entrée options both big and light, yummy sides, and desserts. Everyone was very impressed and thought the food was from some super expensive restaurant. We were happy to say it was from you guys! Everything was delivered and setup in a timely and efficient manner. We will definitely be using you again for catering in the future, as well as highly recommending you to our friends! Thank you!

We eat at here all the time. The Margherita pizza is the best. My husband gets the cheesesteaks and chili. Their dinners are good also aways food to take home-not gourmet but good food for the price

My husband had pepperoni pizza and said it was really good. I had meat lasagna with rosa sauce, and it was okay. Portions are good. Maybe a little pricey. They have desserts, but they are not listed on their takeout menu, so you have to ask. We tried the carrot cake and tiramasu. Both were very good!

I had their chicken parmigian and it was cheap tasting. I notice when it’s cheaper you get more but is it worth it at all. The gravy was like tomato paste and the meat wasn’t good. It was like diner food. Cheap tasting. I know my food and I know when it’s good and when it’s not. My stomach told me later it wasn’t. The bread was salty and so was the sauce. I hate going out to eat only to have a stomach ache. No more eating here for me.

Ate here for the first time a few days again and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the eggplant rolotini and it was GIGANTIC! Probably could have fed three other people. The portions are generous, the prices are low and the service is good.

The service was extremely slow and they weren’t busy Kids ordered pizza and the crust was hard and like that fake crust not the real authentic pizza dough. When I saw their pizza I thought wow would you like pizza with your cheese — it’s a joke. I ordered a salad and it was your average salad nothing bad but nothing great. I will not ever come back here again. Highly disappointed.

Decent inexpensive eats. The restaurant is clean and you have the feeling that it is a family-owned business in which the owners take pride. A good selection of salads, pizzas, pasta and Italian specialties. And the menu has gluten-free options, which are always welcome at an Italian restaurant. Nice choice for a weekday evening when you don’t want to cook and don’t have time to linger over an elaborate meal.

What I had of the food here was okay, probably the best of VERY limited options in Warminster, but the service, bitchy bar keeps /servers, and really long wait kept me from going back a second time, or probably ever again. Read on for specifics. ATMOSPHERE: I can only comment on the bar area, as I came in and sat to take a pizza to my hotel to go. The bar is dark, save for the glaring lights of the walk in coolers with beverages, and very noisy, as it is near the kitchen area. It was bad enough I wanted to cover my ears a few times. Sitting in the bar, there was a female bartender and what I assume was another bartender or server who, granted, was off shift, but the two of them sat and bashed the manager and the restaurant for more than an hour(WHY was I there an hour for takeout you ask, see service!). They had no regard for a customer sitting there, and«off-shift girl was very, very angry — if she’d said«I’m done» one more time — I counted 22 times and then gave up — I think I would have had a meltdown. Total experience ruiner… FOOD: I had the Pizza Margerita(or it’s equivalent). I think it WOULD have been good, but was so cold by the time they brought it to me, and I was so hungry, I don’t think I’ll ever really know. SERVICE: Actual service(getting me a drink) was okay. The bartender was SO busy talking to the off shift girl, however, that she forgot to go get my pizza from the kitchen… I sat there, no joke, for more than one hour. Finally I asked where my pizza might be, and without a word she went back, retrieved it from the top of the stove(there’s a window, and I could see that’s exactly where it had been sitting for some time), and handed it to me — no sorry, no oops, no «let me make you another», nothing. VALUE: Poor — see the above service. Nothing makes up for poor service, and an earful of «I hate this place and the a-hole manager». If you eat in the restaurant area, you might have better luck, but they clearly don’t take kindly to carry out people.

The fried calamari was so not tasty. It was chewy and oily. The steamed clams were good.

The good: — We’re always seated immediately — Servers are friendly and helpful — Large menu — TVs The not-so-good: — Food is mediocre — Prices are a little high for what you get — Usually no parking in front, so we have to park in the back which is not well-lit and feels unsafe I’d say this place is more like a diner than a restaurant. The menu is huge with everything from pizza to burgers to traditional italian dishes, but nothing I have tried yet is particularly tasty. The best seems to be the pizza, which I’d give 4⁄5.

It was okay. Nice, friendly people in a nice, friendly atmosphere. The food was large portions of mediocre fare. You know the type of place; yellowish broccoli, not great quality of chicken in the dishes, too much old, pre-chopped garlic in everything… But it was okay. A little pricey for the quality. We went for dinner and had chicken parmigiana, a chicken and broccoli pasta dish, and lobster ravioli. The chicken dishes were as described above, and the ravioli was nothing special(and not a large portion.) Desserts, again, were okay. Small slices of cheesecake, and tiny cannoli. Those portion sizes were disappointing. But they tasted good. Oh, and there are coupons online if you search for them. I knew not to get my hopes-up too much for a place that has internet coupons, so I wasn’t totally disappointed.

Ok, this place has become a favorite of mine. Everytime I go I order the cheesesteak but others in the group have ordered other dishes. The dinner comes with free garlic knots which is great to munch on while you wait for the real food to appear. I have yet to try their pizza as this is usually what may make me rate this a 5 star location. Expect to take home something from this place as the amount of food can be more than you expect. The service is excellent and they come back to the table often enough to make you feel that you have not been forgotten but not too much to get annoyed. Bathrooms and overall seating area are clean. Their bar area is small so don’t expect to bring all your friends to hang out, but would not be bad if it is a few people just getting together. Give this place a try!
