If you are a parent or educator teaching your children about dinosaurs and thir extinction, by all means, take a field trip to Staples.
When I went in the store, I was immediately smacked by the scent of failure and despair. The sickening aroma filled my nostrils and choked me out as I walked down the aisles and viewed office supplies that no one would ever buy. High prices, outdated merchandise, and rude associates to boot — this location has hit the trifecta of bad customer experience.
