Starbucks

I visit this location at least twice weekly and I have never had a bad experience. The baristas are always friendly. They promptly and courteously correct any rare error. I get my Pike Place ground for a Keurig and they know exactly what works best. The drinks are well made and the food is just addictive!

The night staff at this location is simply terrible, I’ve never experienced so much autisum in a single group of people. How do you find it acceptable to be so rude and vindictive to coustomes. I made you remake a drink once because you failed the first time, get over it.

All I ordered was a holiday donut and a gift card. I then had to wait behind seven drink orders to get my donut. Worst service ever. No one was behind me in line so they could’ve just put the donut in a baggie and handed it to me.

starbucks is always good. i don’t think it’s that busy if you go inside to get your drink but the drive thru is busy

Love this Starbucks! Drinks are always perfect! I’ve only had one incident (can’t even call it a bad experience) where I got a hot venti drink that was only ²⁄₃ full. When I got home and realized, I called and spoke to Erica. She took down my name, apologized, and when I went through this morning the baristas took care of my drink for free. I am a loyal customer and their drive for exceptional service only reinforces my want to return. A+ :)

If you’re traveling on 75, this is one of the few SBUX you can hit on your road trip. Problem is it really isn’t right off the freeway, meaning you better really want some SBUX or you might want to think twice about exiting. After breakfast at the Farm House (
), I really wanted some SBUX.
It makes me giggle when I go in a SBUX in a smaller market and ask for a customized drink that they’ve obviously never made. Learning that Jacksonville was test market and knowing which stores were willing to try funky combinations always was a treat. Hitting up a SBUX in small town Georgia, not so much.
They do have a drive thru for those wanting to get back on the road as quickly as possible, but on this trip I wanted to use the facilities as well, so we went inside. The store is big inside with plenty of windows to let in natural light. All the baristas were really friendly and I got back in the car with a smile on my face.
It may be out of my way, but I’m willing to remember them the next time I drive by.

I used to frequent this Starbucks. It wasn’t until I started visiting other Starbucks that I realized the faults in this one. For starters, I would always order the same drink that, roughly 50% of the time, tasted noticeably strange. This wasn’t some weird custom drink either – just a standard menu selection.
On several occasions I’ve even ended up with a drink that either wasn’t what I ordered or was made so badly it wasn’t drinkable and I’ve had to go back. I’ve always been polite about it, and the employees have always been nice to me but on only one occasion did they give me one of those free drink coupons for royally screwing up my order. My guess is that they have so many people complaining that if they handed one out to everyone who had a problem their profits would vanish.
Your only Starbucks options in Warner Robins, however, is this Starbucks and the one in the Krroger down the street. Between the two, this one is the better choice. But make sure to taste your drink before you drive away so that you don’t have to fight that madhouse intersection on your way back to the store to get your drink re-​made.

Great, friendly employees. Not always the case at Starbucks but everyone I’ve been in contact with here has always been friendly.

I’ve been going for a couple of months with any problems In & out in 5min. Absolutely love their coffee! I’d go everyday to pick up my Grande iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle.
Then the changed management or something then it went downhill fast; still same awesome coffee, just ridiculously slow service. It would take 15 min in the drive-​thru for one drink. Not very clean

Every time we head to Warner Robins, Starbucks is the first place we go. Even the kids enjoy their beverages. Having free Wi-​Fi means the kids are happy. They take their tablets in and play on them giving me a chance to rest and relax in a clean, friendly atmosphere. And you know, no one makes beverages quite as well as Starbucks.

OMG — just had the worst experience I’ve every had at a Starbucks. There were 2 guys working (if you call it that), I was the second person in line for almost 10 minutes and the lady in front of me didn’t even get drinks. Then one guy made my iced green tea as the other one made the 2 drinks for the person behind me before making my other drink. Absolutely no reason it should have taken almost 20 minutes to get an iced tea & a frapp.

What can I say Starbucks the primo coffee house does it right!
Made me forget I was in GA! Great coffee clean ambient atmosphere.

Food/​coffee were good. Friendly staff as well.
My only complaint is that the patio area is so dirty. Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE, spilled coffee on the tables, mismatched chairs… The patio area seems more like the outside of a dumpy gas station than a nice coffee shop. Clean it up please.
My advice, stay inside.

Disappointed this morning as they said they were no longer carrying marble pound cake. Then I asked for 2 pieces of coffee cake and they only had one. So they gave me my drinks free! But alas, I think they forgot to put the mocha in my iced café mocha. Not a good trip today.

The serves and coffee is some what inconsistent. It’ll be amazing one day and okay the next, but the location is sooo convenient! I’ll never stop coming here.

As a former barista, I tip my hat to this Starbucks in Warner Robins. The employees there are super pleasant and are very, very quick to deliver. They make their beverages the perfect Starbucks way and are knowledgeable when you ask questions. The inside is very similar to most Starbucks nationwide, but nice nonetheless!

This is the only actual Starbucks store in the area (other then the ones inside the Kroger Markets)… that was a little shocking to me… at least this one was conveniently located on my way to work while I was visiting in town tow a while.
Anyway, very nice store… very friendly staff! Always!
Of course the beverages are always tasty an perfect to the Starbucks standard.
There is a very nice outdoor patio that is great for the nice days or a pleasant evening coffee chat.
