Dunkin’ Donuts

I only go to this store on random Saturdays and Sunday mornings. I’m so tired of hoping for some sort of consistency in the making of their coffee. I could probably count on one hand how many times we have enjoyed our coffee with cream and sugar from this specific store. I’ve got an idea for this store and their management… learn how to make coffee with cream and sugar from the experts at Robins Air Force Base Dunkin Donuts. I have never had a bad experience from that store but I won’t drive there on Saturday and Sundays to get my coffee. So, I have to settle for burnt coffee. Please get with the base staff and see what they do different from you all and make the necessary changes before I call upper management and higher.

Decent Georgia Dunkin Donuts location. I do prefer the one on Watson Blvd due to the professionalism and friendliness of the employees.
I usually utilize the drive through here because it fast and 98% of the time accurate. My issue with this location is how uninviting the inside is. It is super dark and they seem to not make much of an effort to keep it is clean as it could be.
I hail from Massachusetts, homeland of Dunkin Donuts so I usually have high expectations but I have learned that the farther away from New England I am, the lower the bar will be.

Not this location. First off, why is it so dark inside in the middle of the day, gives a bar type atmosphere. Clerk has no manners, she was putting customers in front of others that have been waiting in line prior to them. Customer waiting weren’t being disrespectful or anything from the time they walked in, just patiently waiting to place their order. I guess the people she let cut in line were her friends or something. I decided to get my doughnuts from somewhere else and I’ll just go to The DD on Watson if I get any in the future. That was blatantly disrespectful to the customers.

Dunkin Donuts is the greatest! Great coffee, friendly people, fantastic food; what more can you ask for?

Coffee is good, workers are nice, donuts are good, but there is something off on the inside… not a good atmosphere. but I still will go here when I’m on this side of town.
