Yay another Starbucks review by another Starbucks customer! Been here couple of times while visiting the area and the service needs improvement seriously it’s some what slow inside could use team work together to get it back together. The drive thru seems like it’s always busy during no matter what time it is.
My drink order is always prepared just right while I wait inside or in the drive thru area. Maybe, some of the managers or shift leaders will take a look at our reviews and make some changes in what needs to be checked in to so they can fix the issues like slow wait times, orders being messed up.

I’ve only gotten a few drinks here and nearly every time they’ve been terribly made. I’m guessing maybe this is because the employees aren’t Starbucks employees but Kroger employees whose job for the day is to work the Starbucks? I’m not sure, but tread with caution.
