Grocery Had everything I needed, and some good sales, but at check out, a young girl with name tag of Cassie made us feel very unwelcome. Didn’t greet my girlfriend and I when we were next up for checkout, didn’t ask for Kroger card, didn’t speak a word during check out. Needs additional customer service training for sure. I think I’ll go back to using the Kroger on Hwy 96. Much more friendly there.

This is not a bad Kroger location. It has more than some, less than others. It’s always fairly clean though, so that counts for something. Don’t look for any items too exotic here, but they do have the same deals as all Kroger locations. The staff varies though. I did one time get passed over in line at the deli in favor of a lady behind me. So that wasn’t good. Overall, three stars because it’s adequate, but nothing special.

The people at the customer service desk were awful. I don’t have a bank in Georgia and I needed to turn a large sum of cash into an easier to handle debit card or money order. The associates were very rude and made it a very unpleasant experience. I felt like I was a nuisance to them. They say how their Kroger plus card is so valuable, I was never even asked for my Kroger card at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend this Kroger based on customer service. It has wonderful experiences with other Kroger’s in the area.

This is my favorite Kroger location in Warner Robins. It is clean, convenient and although it is busy, provides a good variety of foods, especially health foods. It is open 24 hours a day and this makes it even more convenient, because I’m sure not going grocery shopping at Walmart in the wee hours of the night. There is a Starbucks located inside and the baristas are very pleasant. One downside of this location, similar to the 96 location is the fact that it can be very busy to checkout and they don’t seem to open more lines to accommodate this issue. It may be a manning issue, however, when you see other associates walking around without much to do, I would think that an unoccupied cashier could open another line. Anyways, I always am able to find parking, even if I have to walk a bit, but that’s what needs to happen to get my groceries at most other chains. The prices can be high with some products but a bargain on others, so you just need to know what you’re coming here for and use your coupons if you have them!

Don’t usually shop at Kroger, but needed just 1 item — so here we are. It’s an average place with average stuff. Nothing to write home about.

Sorry but the whole chain is going downhill and this is a good example of that. They’re trying to be something that they’re not. While this is a very large store and has many products, they don’t have everything and what they do have is going to be priced at a premium. I find it condesending that they have a beer section with mix and match old, tired, beyond their prime brews for a high price. Can’t quite put my finger on why this store fails. Maybe it’s the parking lot and never being able to find a place to park. Maybe it’s walking forever and never finding what I’m looking for. Maybe it’s the general layout or even the distance that I have to walk for three items isn’t worth it. Or, maybe it’s the fact that I don’t see this as a store that values customers and repeat business due to its location, the city or possibly that this store thinks that they’re the only game in town.

While I’ve never encountered trouble with the staff here, they are consistently out of the same products. I like to make reuben sandwhiches with a turkey pastrami and a seeded dark rye bread. The passed 3 times I’ve gone, they’ve been out of dark rye bread and turkey pastrami(except for the overpriced«we’ll slice it for you, how much do you need?» which they had once). Almost every other time I’ve gone they’ve either been out of dark rye or only had one loaf left. The reason they’re getting 3 stars instead of 2? Well, one time when we went there, we accidentally forgot some squash, zucchini and onion at the register bagging area after we had paid for it and we called and asked if we could pick it up the next day and they accommodated us with no fuss. The manager on duty could have simply said«we didn’t find it» or whatever, but instead, he went and checked the register, said it was sitting there and he’d be happy to leave a note for the manager the next day saying that they«owed» us 2 yellow squash, a zucchini and an onion. We went and picked out said veggies, showed our receipt and were on our way without any trouble.

Well what can I say about this Kroger it has definitely gone downhill in the past year. The pharmacy personnel are very rude and do not help in any prescription problems that you may have. I have personally started using the Kroger on 96 because the attitude and the cleanliness of this store is Far better than the Watson Blvd Kroger. I’ve addressed my complaints with management on several occasions and no Improvements have been made. Some of the foods in the store are expired so you must pay close attention when purchasing these items.

This is THE largest grocery store I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been in some superstores that are larger, but as far as just straight-up grocery stores… this place takes the cake. It’s huge. Unless you’re in search of some incredibly hard to find items, you can pretty much find any food item you may be looking for within this building. The thing I love about this place is the fact that it’s open 24 hours. The only other place in the area that maintains those hours is Walmart, and I would MUCH rather bring my business here. I work odd hours, and my schedule’s NEVER the same. Finding time to go grocery shopping is very difficult for me, and I always tend to end up trying to do it in the middle of the night. Kroger’s always there for me! I like that during the night hours, they leave the self-checkout lanes open(there are 6 of them), as opposed to a single lane requiring a cashier. If the employees are busy, you can check yourself out and be on your way… no fuss, no hassle. Everything is always well stocked and I’ve never had a problem finding anything I’m searching for. The store is laid out and labeled pretty well, making it very easy to navigate through the various sections to find what I’m in need of. The store is always very clean and generally clutter-free. The exception to that being in the middle of the night when the stockers are taking care of business… but that is to be expected, they have to stock the shelves sometime, right? If you happen to visit during the daytime, there is a Starbucks conveniently located right in front of one of the two entrances. Great to grab a little pick-me-up beverage to sip on while perusing the aisles. The only reason I’m knocking them down one star is because during the typical weekend shopping hours, this place becomes a madhouse. Lines out the wazoo! That’s not really Kroger’s fault, they only have so many registers, and when 67 or so people finish shopping and need to checkout, you end up standing in line for a good little bit. I suppose one could say the plus side of that is the fact so many people can shop there at once, and it doesn’t really tend to become an issue until checkout time. The store is large enough, and the aisles are spacious enough, that it never really feels overcrowded.

They have a Starbucks inside!!! Lol I like coming to Kroger. Its giving you a feel like a Publix but without the Publix prices. The staff is amazing and everyone knows where their products are located. I will most definitely make this my go to sport.

Determined to avoid fast food installations during a 4 day roadtrip from Oklahoma to Florida, I ventured off of I-75 in Warner Robins to find a grocery store. This Kroger was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. One of the largest grocery stores I have ever visited, and filled with every conceivable food item. I decided on splitting a custom sub and garden salad with my wife. Watched the two deli employees argue over who was busiest at the moment so they could avoid making my sub. Took a good 15 minutes to put this piece of crap together. Tasted similar to eating a chair/T-Shirt/sandal. Then came the cash register nightmare. Another 15 minutes. I think I was in this store for a total of 40 minutes while my wife sat in the running car with a dog and sleeping baby. AWESOME.
