AWESOME place for grooming. As soon as Smiley and I walked in the door, we were warmly welcomed by Tiffany. Our appointment was set for 8:30 but we were 30 minutes early. I apologized and Tiffany was completely unfazed. I filled out the new client card and told her my preferences for his hair cut. She told me when she thought he’d be ready and said she would call as soon as he was done. Smiley was ready an hour sooner than she had estimated which was a pleasant surprise considering how very busy they were. While paying my bill, Tiffany told me Smiley had done great, which was a relief. And here came our fluffy white four legged boy, looking bright eyed, happy and yes, smiling. I cannot say enough about Tiffany and her staff! My pups loving coming to see her and aren’t terrified like they got when I took them to one of the chain grooming salons in a pet store.
My pups always come out looking perfect! I refer all of my friends here. I’m also a foster for a local pet rescue and have had many fosters throughout the years all sizes and breeds and this place has never disappointed in their abilities. The staff are always smiling (even when its super early in the morning and Im dropping off my minions). Good customer service is never lacking here.
Last but not least they are so reasonable on prices you will literally never want to go anywhere else. GO HERE– You and your fur friend will come back to thank me later. :)

So I was in a quick search to find a dog groomer that wasn’t going to cost me an arm and a leg. Got on Unilocal and BAM, I found ACADEMY. Gave them a call and lucky enough for me they had some cancelations and squeezed me in that day. Went to the appointment and met a TIFFANY there who by the way was super nice and immediately loved on my dog. The staff there seemed really nice and upbeat. Dropped my dog of with special instructions and a special shampoo that I received from the vet because my dog has allergies, and they (with out hesitation) gladly took control and did exactly what was asked. It’s very rare anymore that someone listens and gives good customer service. I came back a couple hours later and my smelly dog was so soft, so shiny, and she smelled AMAZING! I will only recommend this dog groomer to anyone who’s asks. They fulfilled every expectation. Definitely my new place

I liked it very much, because of the friendly service and they do so amazing with dogs. They are sweet and very attentive. My Yorkie looks awesome.

Affordable groomers, better than petsmart, friendly, dogs were happy. Watch out for the plant up front, it’s dangerous.

I took our Miniature Schnauzer yesterday to be groomed. They did an awesome job, and I saved $ 21 by not taking her to PetSmart. I especially liked that they had large kennels for my baby girl to stay in while waiting her turn. I will definitely book more grooming appointments!

These kind, caring and delightful ladies are professional, talented, caring and the nicest groomers to call. I have been taking my two fur-​babies here since they opened their business. My choosy «girls» love it so much they walk right into the establishment with wagging tails and go right to the cages to wait for their turn.
It is nice ti know that owners Tiffany S. & Jackie S. are teaching students how to not only groom dogs beautifully but showing them by example how to run a bright tidy shop where the animals & their owners are treated with tender loving care.
