WORST SERVICE EVER!!! even customer service is bad, called them about a problem and haven heard back yet! NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION
Update-​24 days later still nothing!

As others have mentioned, horrible service. They stop taking orders before they close, clown around, act like jackasses while making your food, and do not inspire confidence that you’re getting a quality product. If I owned this franchise, I would fire the whole staff and start over.
Horrible.

The people that work at this location are rude, careless, incompetent, and really really are the worst customer service employees I have ever met in my entire life. I have worked in hospitality for ten years and have seen my share of good and. Ad customer service in different establishments I have worked for, but these people were the worst. I love checkers, and this location is 5 minutes from me, but I will never go back. I just left so upset. I pulled up to the order box, nobody would answer me. I pulled up the the window just now, there were two employees just standing there starring at me. The hours were on the window right in front of me, stating it closes at 2AM, one male opened the window and SHOUTED «WE CLOSED, GO, WE CLOSED, GET OUTTA HURR!!» I said, your hours say you are open for another hour, are they going to be changed for good? (I get out of work late and would like to know the hours for future stops you know) he replied «WE CLOSED!!!» Needless to say, I will never go back, hope they close and never find jobs again.

There, I said it. Rally’s too. You just can’t get a tasty burger at this price point anywhere else. I love the taste of their burgers and don’t get me started on the fry’s. Everyone loves a Rally Fry. EVERYONE.
I like coming here waaaaaaaaaaay late and just pigging out. It’s like it never closes, ever.
Have you tried their shakes?

I have been to this location twice and I will never go back.
On my first trip I ordered a shake, that’s it, ONE SHAKE, not complicated at all. It took three people to complete this simple task. The first one ran the shake too long so it spilled all over the sides. I saw it happen and instead of giving me a new cup he wiped it off with napkins and handed me the sticky cup like that was acceptable. When I said I wanted a new cup, instead of pouring me a new shake, a girl and another guy tried to help the first guy pour the melted one into a new cup. The guy’s hands were obviously sticky because he handed me a new sticky cup. Unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. Make a fucking new one and wash your fucking hands.
My second experience I wanted to try their new garlic parmesan fries. They were cold. They were stuck together. It also took the same incompetent three people to get me two orders of fries. It’s not fucking rocket science.
The staff are just weird and incompetent. Or quite possibly high. Their demeanor was off and they couldn’t get their shit together on two separate and simple orders. Avoid this location.

This is the closest checkers to me and I’m always disappointed. I recently bought some fries and they were old. I took them back and they gave me «new fries» that tasted like reheated old fries. I received a refund. The Manager on duty seemed not to care that the fries weren’t cooked right.

If I could give negative stars at this location then I would. This location has the dumbest, and I mean DUMBEST, group of idiots working there. I swear to god I hope the owner reads this. Either one, you sell your establishment now because you’re losing revenue to idiots running your store or you fire everyone and hire people not as dumb as the people you have here including yourself, you ignorant idiot. I’ve been in line now for over 30 mins waiting for a number 13. They kick people out to the parking lot after you pay and what happens is the customer order gets lost in the jumble when people park in random spots. You don’t have any clue as to how to operate or maintain a business. This isn’t the first time people who work at this location have no idea what’s going on. I’m never coming to this checkers ever again in my life. If you are a customer and you read this PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT COME HERE. I hate this checkers so much that I cannot express to you via Unilocal review and I hope your store closes down. If history replays itself then this location will thankful fold and no one else on the face of the earth needs to go through what I have to deal with. God I wish I had a live feed to show you people.

Right now, I would give negative stars if possible. Their toaster was broken, so they said they could only do fried foods. It was then a ten minute wait for chicken wings and fries from the drive through.

Grabbed the bacon roadhouse meal: burger with bacon and BBQ sauce on toast. Could have lived without the BBQ sauce, but pretty good nonetheless. Enjoyed the fries — nice seasoning.
No indoor seating; only outdoor seating and drive thrus. (In case you’re not familiar with Checkers.)
