We had to make multiple trips back to the counter. The ketchup pumps didn’t work, they forgot to give dipping sauce, and they did not provide any crackers for the chilli. Good food but not t he greatest service.

This is an updated review. This locations staff has changed since my last review. They are much friendlier. The food and staff is good.

I am always sitting in the drive thru for at least ten minutes, if not longer. They have terrible customer service and constantly will forget to add items I order.
