Marshalls

I was at Marshall store on 12 and Dequindre to return a suit that was bought just s few days ago. It had all the tags intact and had a receipt as well. Lady at the register starts checking the suit and ask another clerk to verify, she then calls a manager I asked what the problem was — no answer. Later manager calls me out saying «are you stupid». I was upset when she said that. Then she says let me call another store. I kept asking what’s taking so long and then she goes «I will not take this suit back because you are arguing «. Really !!! Is that the reason you don’t take returns. Is that store policy. She was very rude and not helpful at all. Customer service comes first. You listen to customers not talk back to them. Very bad customer service. I am not going to name them. That’s not good. Hopefully they will understand and realize how important customers are. We as customers are the one who pay their checks. I like shopping at Marshalls. I go just about every week. One bad experience is not going to stop me from shopping at Marshalls. I will take my business at other Marshalls and T j Maxx I just want to give my 2 cents of my experience. I know they will deny everything I said because that just human nature. Maybe they were having a bad day but it was about 11 in the morning. I don’t say bad things and on social media but this experience deserves a mention. I am sorry about the long message. I wish well to all at Marshalls. Hope they better their customer service. Thanks

I’ve been going to Marshall’s for years and this was, by far, the most amazingly well-​organized, clean, easy to shop Marshall’s store I’ve ever been in!

This is a very hit and miss Marshalls. Although I know you do have to dig through the crap to find the treasure this particular location is a little smaller and more disorganized than other Marshalls stores.

Marshall’s is a crap shoot. Sometimes you hit bargain gold, sometimes you roll snake eyes. The adventure is part of the allure of the place.
The particular location is a little below par compared to other Marshall’s I’ve been to. The housewares department was pretty good, but other departments were disorganized.
