After calling twice to double check the price to rent a carpet cleaner we arrived to the store to find out that there was also a $ 50 deposit required and ONLY on a CC not a debit card. The clerk did her best to apologize for the bad info we were given in advance but sadly it did us no good. We went down the street to Lowes where you rent without all the fuss!

I live far from Niles, but was in the area and decided to stop in for some last minute painting questions. As soon as I got to the door I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed any help. I was then pointed in the direction of the paint department where I was promptly greeted with fast, friendly service.
The guy was very patient with me and very helpful. He guided me through what I needed to to and what to use. Showed me many brands of things I was looking for and never pressured me to buy. He even asked me questions to get to know my project better to give me better advise.
I walked away more knowledgeable and more confident in my project. I have no complaints about this store or my visit!

Generally, I like this store for our home repair needs. I would normally give them 4-stars but this is one exception.
This one star has to do with the terrible customer service received when we needed to buy a new dishwasher. The guy was not very personable and had the attitude of «just leave me alone.» He was not very helpful to my wife and not forthcoming with answers to her questions. The dishwasher we wanted was out of stock and he refused to sell us the floor model. Thank you Mr. Personality… you inspired us to purchase at Lowe’s instead (which we did)
