Beware, even if clearly marked by markers or large store-​bought stickers, this business will choose to toss your recycling bins. After several were taken, we chose to purchase a larger bin, with wheels. Unfortunately, after tossing our recycling into their truck, the gentleman repeatedly placed our wheeled-​bin upside down — hard enough to break up the lip of the bin. We called this company and asked about the last bin that was mistakenly taken by their recycling service (even though it was labeled with 2 large «recycle» stickers from Walmart), they offered to replace our bin with one of theirs, but failed to mention we’d be billed for it (it is little more than a green laundry basket).
We recommend you calculate the cost of about 3 extra recycling bins per year when comparing the cost of their service.
They are otherwise timely.
PS, their trucks leave oil spots all over the neighborhood roads.
