We stayed here after we sold our house & prepared to move. It was a wonderful night stay. The bed was very comfortable & everything felt clean. The staff was not very friendly, but that really didn’t take away from the overall experience — maybe this person was just having a bad day.

Check in went well the staff was pleasant. We reserved a king suite. My husband and I travel for work and was disappointed in room upon entering. The whirl pool tub is a regular tub with jets. The room is big and empty has room for a couch but only has a chair. The tv was also not working. We went to the front desk to change rooms. The staff was very helpful but having to go through 6 different rooms to find a tv that worked we ended up in a room with two queen. The beds are hard and no where else to sit except a desk chair. The coffee pot was full of mold. The front desk took care of it and was apologetic. It just makes me wonder how clean is this place.

I was in town for a graduation. This was the best hotel in town so this is where we stayed. The rooms were clean. They had really great cable. Wi-Fi was free. The breakfast was free from 6 – 9:30am it was really great hot and freshish… The beds were comfy, spacious and they had a mini fridge and microwave. They had an indoor pool which people were swimming and it was 12 degrees outside. Very nice staff, helpful and always had smiles even though the hotel was packed.

Please note that this rating is based on the class of hotels that Holiday Inn Expresses fall in. It’s not the Ritz, but it’s the top of it’s class. This place is a perfect place to stay. Very clean, no foul orders, good hot breakfast. I initially had a problem with the breakfast time starting at 6:30, as I need to eat earlier than that. However, they have been more than accommodating in allowing me to grab the cold items earlier than posted hours. Good strong WIFI.

Oh yes, this is the place to stay in Warrensburg. First, you need to read my review on the«Days Inn» in Warrensburg, then read this one. This place is clean, wonderful and DOESNOTSMELLLIKESTALECIGARETTESANDBUTTCRACK! Whenever I am in Warrensburg, this is my place. I will enjoy the free popcorn, fresh baked cookies, and wonderful breakfast. A true victory.

Stayed here for about a week and a half while in the area for business. The hotel is very nice; Always smells clean. As soon as you walk in the entrance to the lobby or into the entrance to your room, it always has that fresh«just cleaned» smell. Always a plus in hotels! The free breakfast every morning is very good and offers a great variety! Both cold and hot items are available everyday! Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. If you enjoy fresh, warm, and tasty cinnamon rolls with your coffee in the morning, then this is the place for you! They are the some of the best(specially since they are free!!)!! The staff was always super nice and friendly and greeted me every time I walked in, or wished me a good day every morning when I left… that nice homey feel! For someone who is used to staying at other higher branded hotels, this Holiday Inn was a very pleasant experience and surprise! You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

I was impressed with the amenities at what I expected to be a low-cost chain hotel. A little tricky to spot from the road, this hotel was a great choice. The 2-queen room was large, clean, and nice. We arrived to find cookies and fresh coffee available in the well-apportioned lobby and a friendly desk clerk. We were especially impressed by the complimentary full, hot breakfast buffet – this was not your standard hotel continental breakfast! They had scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, pastries… the works! They also had no objection to a couple local guests joining us to eat. Room rates were very reasonable and reservations were easy to make via the national hotline. There’s even a restaurant/bar across the street. If you need a place to stay while visiting family or CMSU, I’d certainly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.
