Good ribs and chicken taco plate is good also. They give u large portions for what you pay which I like so I get to bring a lot home

Been here several times while passing through. BBQ is standard fare, if you get my expression. The two items I would recommend are the St Louis ribs and the brisket sandwich. The beans, fries and cole slaw are average. There is a funny stuffed black bear in the entrance which the kids will love.

Just so so!!! Tried it three times and will probably not go back. Food is typical chain bbq. I don’t believe they smoke on the premise. Fries are tasteless, service was average, atmosphere was blah.

Good, not great. That best sums up my opinion of this place. At Rib Crib you will find yourself seated in a «typical bbq atmosphere» that one would come to expect from a chain of restaurants in the Midwest. Paintings of John Wayne and Clint Eastwood look down on you as you enjoy your meal in a place with friendly service and good food. Again, good. Not great. The pulled pork was tasty, just nothing special that would lure me back. Brisket was tender. Seasoned fries were one of my favorite parts of the lunch special I ordered. Prices are decent but not great and portions were a little small for the price. Overall I would give this place a good review, but nothing about Rib Crib would cause me to recommend this place to others. Nothing special or unique about Rib Crib that would separate itself from anyone else doing good bbq at decent prices. Interested in finding the«real thing» when it comes to bbq before returning here again.

The Rib Crib was good. The prices seemed to be right and the place was nice. I did the ‘Cue Pasa Pork Tacos and they were great!

If you want some BBQ, and could care less about quality BBQ… this is the place for you. Seriously, it barely qualifies as «BBQ». Saying this place has good BBQ is like saying Applebees is a great steakhouse.

An unknown secret at Rib Crib is that you can get a single meat with 2 sides & order it with smoked turkey(this combo is not on the menu). The smoked turkey is very juicy. I also ate some smoked chicken, trading it for some of my turkey. The chicken is tender & tasty too, but brisket & turkey are by far my favorites. Try the new red skin mashed potatoes. Their delicious!

I haven’t tried a wide variety of the meats here yet, but so far, the smoked turkey is by far, the best that I have had in recent memory and would strongly recommend it to anyone who craves that super smokey flavor that you can actually smell through your taste buds with each chew! You just have to experience it to understand, and I highly recommend that you do.

Had a great dinner and dessert; recommend the peach Cobbler with ice cream. Our server Jasmine was outstanding which only added to this great dining experience!

I’m from SoCal and still adjusting to Missouri life but date night at the Rib Crib turned out to be a great idea. Tyler(our server and bartender) was alot of fun, really polite, attentive, and makes amazing drinks. The food was good. At times a Lil bland. But I have no doubt we’ll be back

Environment is nice and comfortable. The loaded fries are amazing. The bbq is average. I’ve had better. The service is always friendly. Prices are a bit high.

I was hesitant about eating at this chain restaurant and rightfully so. The food was not bad, but it wasn’t something I got excited about either. If Warrensburg gets a legit bbq joint, this place is going to struggle big time!

Went here on Tuesday for all you can eat ribs. Price is good at $ 11.99 but the service could have been better. I would go back the ribs are pretty good.

Ew. I’d been wanting to try this place. They have a pretty building. The staff was okay too. This is kind of like chain BBQ. When you live in KC and can have GOODBBQ anytime, you are bound to be disappointed by this place. My first test is always to squirt some sauce on my knife and have a taste. YIK! I think it is ketchup with a bottle of liquid smoke poured in it. GROSS. The mustard sauce is not good either. Liquid smoke tastes really bad if that is your main flavoring. I had shrimp combo that brags their seasoning. You pick a meat to go with and two sides. I had sausage, mac & cheese & beans. Shrimp were frozen, packaged. Good size, though. They just sprinkle some of their seasoning on top after they cook them. The seasoning is more decoration than flavor. The sausage was pretty wimpy and greasy. Tasted like sliced smoked sausage that you’d buy in the supermarket. The mac & cheese was actually good. The beans were edible, but too sweet or something. The ribs(not my thing) look nice and meaty, but I never order ribs. Other person in my party ordered a hamburger with fries. The hamburger was good, but OILY. The bacon on top was plentiful and yummy. Their fries look good, but they really don’t have much flavor.

Well, we went on Tuesday, which is all you can eat rib night. That was a victory. I had 29 ribs, 6 sides and four sodas. They were fast, courteous and friendly. The ribs were an 6 – 7 out of 10, which is awesome for a chain. The sides were 7 – 8 out of 10, which is also great for a chain. They kept the ribs coming as fast as I could eat them. I will go again.

Rib Crib is my 5 year old niece’s favorite restaurant, primarily because its the only place she’s guaranteed to get dessert — all the kids meals come with it! So of course, when I came to visit we had to go eat there. The food was good, and the prices were lower than I expected. Bonus: 10% off for military all the time. Service was a little spotty, but they got some bonus points for bringing the kids food out as soon as it was ready. Nothing super special, but not bad. For a small town, it will definitely do.

I love Rib Crib. My absolute favorite thing there is the Blackberry Cobbler. Ohhh, man… that dessert is a must try on their menu! The décor is interesting and the ambiance is romantic enough for a night out with a loved one. Their sauces are amazing, too, so I’d definitely recommend trying them!

I was warmly greeted after 6 hrs on the road. I was tired & hungry & a friend told me The Rib Crib was one of his favorite places. I was brought a warm glass of sweet tea. I looked over the chain food menu of burgers & bbq combos, I ordered the 2 meat combo smoked turkey & chopped brisket. I asked if the fried okra had dairy in it & the waitress went to ask the manager. He said he didn’t know but would guess it does. I was to tired to argue or ask him to go look, so I just ordered beans & fries. He came over a minute later & said sorry he didn’t know if the orka had dairy, better safe than sorry. I should have said well go look, but instead I said no problem and sat patiently for my food. I also asked if the bread that was toasted had butter or oil on it. He said I think soybean oil, but I am not sure. So I decided not to eat it. I noticed they had 3 sauces mild: which taste like ketchup, hot: which taste like spicy ketchup & bold carolina: which tasted like mustard and mayo mixed together. The beans were a nice brown sugar base with little bits of meat. The smoked turkey was thick and had a tiny smoke flavor to it not enough. The chopped brisket was tasteless without sauce. The meat also came out cold which I thought was strange and not very good. For $ 15 I could have had twice as much food at Zarda or The Rub which has way better food. It took 20 mins to get my food and I had to have manager take my credit card. My waitress was sitting at another table for 10 mins explaining the menu to a group of people. I waited 5 more mins before I went up front and handed my bill to the hostess. She went and stood in front of my waitress us ignored for another 5 mins when I went over and asked her to get the manager. The manager rang up my bill and I left. Terrible service and just ok food. I will never go back!!!

Unimaginative chain food. Ribs & burgers, served up reasonably quickly, nothing that’s going to make you jump up & shout but it’s decent food in generous portions. They won’t serve a medium-rare burger, you have to order it medium. D*mn lawyers. The okra is undoubtedly out of a bag from the freezer, but it’s still my fave side here.

This is a chain. I guess it is the Applebee’s of BBQ. I would say that it is in the same category as a Famous Dave’s, but maybe that’s a stretch. The meat is ok. The portions are fairly large. My Carolina pulled pork had about two shreds of cabbage. It’s supposed to be covered with cole slaw. That’s what makes it Carolina style. I guess they didn’t understand that. There are not a lot of choices in this small town. The food is ok, but nothing special. I saw a young couple walk out after starting their salad. I don’t know if they were sick of waiting, or what was up. We at least had decent service.
