Who would believe that some of the best BBQ we have ever had and we are BBQ snobs! We were planning to unload and drive into Kansas City and try KC BBQ. Much to our surprise a gourmet food truck was set up in the KOA campground Fall off the bone ribs, moist beef briscuit flavorful pulled pork. The potato salad was wonderfully different as were the beans. We cannot say enough good things about this BBQ and the sauce was fantastic

Delicious decision! What a relief to find tasty food right off the highway. We had the sampler, beans, and potato salad. So happy we didn’t have to stop at a chain.

Unbelievable KC BBQ in a KOA campground. We were stunned, as Mid. Tenn bbqers we were delighted to find the fall off the bone ribs, moist beef brisket and pulled pork with a heavenly sauce. The potato salad was wonderfully unique as we’re the baked beans. We had planned to drive in to KC and check out KC BBQ, we had to go no further than a campground. With the new growing trend of gourmet food trucks, it was a special treat to find one in Oak Grove, MO in a KOA campground. You do not have to be a camper to enjoy this BBQ and they cater.
