Employees were friendly. Store was clean. Didn’t get mine or my wife’s sandwich correct however. Not a major mistake, just enough to keep my sandwich from being perfect. The soda machine was out if ice. When I let them know about it, the employee quickly added ice to the machine for me. I will be back.

I rarely give lowest of the low ratings, but this Subway lacks a lot– and I’ve been to other Subways that were a lot closer to fresh than this one. First of all, the service at both Subway locations is always horrible. If you pause to choose between a few types of bread, you get eye rolling, sighs, or even an employee stalking off to complete other tasks. You’re always rushed in this store, which is funny because the service is snail-pace worthy. The ingredients are far from fresh– at noon on a weekday they’re out of cheese, the meatballs are crusty and the tomatoes look pekid. You don’t need six people making your sandwich but that’s what you get, while they chat to each other, laugh, and only after they find that it’s necessary, they ask you what you want on your sandwich. The guy at the cash register tells you your total before you’re done requesting your toppings, so you either have to a.) ignore him and continue to name your toppings, or b.) shout the rest of the toppings from the cash register. He repeated our total three times today before we’d even reached the end of the line. A supervisor stalks her employees, pointing out discrepancies– taking the sandwich back to the beginning of the line to switch out some bad meat– while they employees skip over the customer and finish the sandwich after hers, leaving the customer in limbo while the next customer bumps into her, looking awkward as there is no sandwich being worked on. Save your time, energy and money and eat at one of the other sandwich chain restaurants in Warrensburg.
