Great usual Chic-​fil-​a service. Always excellent service food consistent as expected.

Just had breakfast here, most excellent service I have seen in a chick fil A. The thing I was most impressed by was the fact that everyone that walked by me was attentive and spoke with me, from the manager to the wait staff at the drive thur as they walked by. when I was finished with my meal a lady who was on her break, took my dirty tray for me to the trash and refilled my soda. Is that great service on what?

kids needed their Chic-​fil-​a today. I have to give 5 stars here. I have to. Any day of the week the drive thru not only wraps through the parking lot but has stopped one of the two lanes on 29 business also. And its not that they are slow. its that there are so many people eating there. These guys are fast. efficient and polite. Every time I’ve been here it has been great customer service and great food! You guys rock!

Love this place! The staff is always super friendly and eager to assist. They recently installed TOM the trash compacter which is pretty cool

Yeeeee-​haw, yet another outpost for good ol’ Christian chicken.
Sadly, for this one I’m going to need to grade down to three stars because of one massive negative issue. On the food front it’s five stars all the way, duh, with everything being excellent as usual from nuggets, to a hellishly hot spicy sandwich and superb fries.
So of course you’re saying by now what could possibly knock two stars off?
The store’s inability to handle their drive thru window crowd. Not metaphorically, but literally the line wrapped almost around the store and by the time we left it had wrapped around the store. I’ve seen some busy CFA’s in my day but this was more like WTH!
The picture I took of the storefront was done because that’s where we stopped when we pulled almost into their parking lot (probably a dozen cars ahead of us). The car behind us was actually still at least partially blocking traffic on Lee Highway when he couldn’t ram in any farther behind me.
I didn’t clock how the long the wait was but it had to approach 20 – 25 minutes easy just to order.
So while the food was good, of course it wasn’t worth the wait and if we would have been a wee bit more adventurous we would have gone somewhere or in reality anywhere else where the wait time would have been a fraction of this one.

This location had the cleanest, most pleasant dining area I’ve seen at a fast-​good restaurant in a very long time. The staff waited on our table and offered soda refills, sauce and bags to take our order in the road.
The children’s play area was well-​lit and cheerful-​looking. The bathroom was also really pleasant and clean.

Unlike the town’s other fast food joints, this place is busy and there are reasons for this — The restaurant is always spotless and they hire local kids who are polite. I enjoy the fact that the employees speak English. There is always some manager walking around asking of everything is OK.

Went out of my way for their breakfast as I was traveling through Virginia. I decided to go inside at 10:20 a.m. on December 27, 2014. When I entered the building there was a line with about 20 people with one register open. After 10 minutes with still 10 customers in front of me they announced breakfast was no longer being served. There was nowhere around helping out the cashier food server. I left hungry and disappointed.

Your typical Chick-​Fil-​A, not much else to say lol. Quite clean though with quick and friendly service!

The customer service is equal to the food: excellent. I appreciate that they’re one of the few places locally that provide a military discount. I always seem to crave them most on Sundays when they are closed but I can appreciate their values and way of doing business. Highly recommend this restaurant!

As far as fast food restaurants go, this place definitely deserves 5 stars. The food is about as good as you’d expect from a fast food joint but what really sets it apart is the service. Even during the busy lunch rush, the line moves quickly and there is always an extra employee in the dining area, refilling drinks and taking trays for customers who have finished. The staff is very pleasant and the place is well managed. They have an outstanding social media presence and are always giving away free stuff. This place also does a lot to help organizations raise money for various causes, not strictly Christian stuff either. Several activities are planned for children throughout the month.

Always a friendly smile at this joint. They even put up a Christian Manger for Christmas, which really hit home. They aren’t afraid to be nice and show their beliefs. I respect that.

The food’s no better than their policies.

Firstly, can’t believe I’m giving 5 stars to a «fast food place», but Chick-​Fil-​A isn’t a typical fast food restaurant.
For years I’d heard people say great things about Chick-​fil-​A; this was before one opened in Warrenton. I had never been to one. When this location opened, people were ecstatic! Really? Fast food and people are lining up like it’s gourmet dining?
OK, so I tried it. And I loved it.
The first thing that stood out, and what still sticks with me as WHY I love this place so much… is the politeness of the staff. There is no mumbling into the drive-​thru microphone by someone who barely speaks English. There is clear, well spoken, well trained, and sincere greetings and thanks for being there. Love!
When I say «thank you» back, they said «my pleasure». Always. Yet another brownie point. Always smiling, always friendly.
When I dine in, the same wonderful service AND they come around and offer to refill my soda for free. LOVE.
A real family atmosphere and super well trained staff. It’s as if Chick-​Fil-​A sought after the sweetest, friendly, most police residents of Warrenton to work there. Mega kudos.
More kudos go to them for all their community support. They are always having fund-​raising days in support of locals school, charities, and non-​profits, giving them 20% of the daily sales. Wow. Just… wow.
And I can’t write this without mentioning the food itself. Growing up a vegetarian and to this day being very «picky» when it comes to eating meat, oh my goodness I love their food!!! The regular sandwich is my favorite, along with the carrot salad. Love the tortilla soup, too.
It may be «fast» food, but it’s in a category all it’s own. Other places should take heed of Chick-​Fil-​A and strive for what they have already successfully accomplished.
PS… and although I’m not Christian, I love that they are closed on Sundays. We all need a day at home to rest and enjoy our families.

Favorite chick-​fil-​a around! Everyone is always so nice and unlike every other fast food place in warrenton I don’t have to know Spanish to order!!!

This particular Chick-​Fil-​A is clean, food is well prepared, and the staff are nice. The staff try hard to get your food to you correctly and quickly. I have never had a problem with my order or waiting. They are always on top of things and will even bring food to your table or take it away when you are finished. Food tastes good and is always nice and hot (or cold for salads). One of the better fast food establishments in Warrenton.

Best fast food in warrenton. I could not give it 5 stars because it is only fast good. I must day the have excellent employees. Quick, and polite.

This is my favorite Chick-​fil-​a location. The food is ALWAYS great — fries are crisp & hot, chicken is full of flavor, the staff remembers your face & are always friendly. Sometimes they have staff that come around & refill your drinks for you & pick up your trash. The owner is there quite often & is always so friendly with the customers. He gets in there & helps them when they’re busy & makes sure everythings runs smoothly. I go here for breakfast, lunch, & dinner — you won’t be disappointed!

Okay, until today, I never understood what the fuss over Chick-​Fil-​A was. Having said that, I’ve never actually eaten in one — or eaten fresh, hot food from there. What I’ve had is chicken that someone has gotten as part of a party platter — and it’s been sitting around for awhile — and is at room temperature or cold.
Today I had lunch at the Warrenton location. I ordered the 8 nugget meal which comes with Waffle fries — and a small Diet Coke. I got two sauces to dip the nuggets — The «Chick-​Fil-​A Sauce» and the Buffalo sauce.
The nuggets were delicious! And I really liked both sauces! The fries were also crisp and hot. Diet Coke was icy cold and refreshing.
Mmmmmmmmmm! Good!
