I don’t know where to start. If I could give zero stars I would. We came in and right away the waiter gave us attitude. We got sat down right away and got our appetizer and first drinks right away but then the waiter almost ran away from us and hid. We finished our drinks and wanted refills but couldn’t find our server. We looked at the clock and noticed we’ve been here for 45 minutes. So, we had to go on an adventure to find someone to complain to and they seemed to not care about us. After another 20 minutes of waiting they brought out our food and it looked honestly nasty. My food which was the chicken parm pasta looked great on the menu but honestly I think McDonald’s could have done better. It looked like my cafeteria food… It looked like it was under a heat lamp for a while and looked grayish. When I took my first bite it was chewy. While eating the manager came out and apologized to us and said the cook didn’t come in but why would everyone around us get food and we didn’t? It didn’t make sense and it wasn’t our problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially since it wasn’t busy. 0⁄5

2.5 stars is spot on for this location. I should have known that it would be rough sailing since it was the only place in the area without a wait on Friday night. There were slimy vegetables in the salad bar, the chicken we both ordered wasn’t trimmed, way too much fat on it. The server was great, but this location is definitely poorly run.

Service slow. Tilapia with shrimp was very salty. Strawberry shortcake was served with frozen strawberries. Salad bar was solid.

Whenever I plan on seeing a movie, this is my go-to for dinner, service is impeccable, attentive etc. The service is always spot on, they make a damn good Manhattan as well. I could care less of the two restaurants opening across the street, food is always hot, and again my service is always consistently awesome !!!

This has to be the worst chain restaurant in Warrington. Went there tonight and ordered a burger at the bar. The cooked the burger so much that the cheese melted off of it. Bartender asked if I wanted another piece of cheese. Really? Like I want a cold piece of cheese added to this. At that point, this was lost. Manager sat behind the bar chatting with«regulars» oblivious as to anything going on. Bartender was too busy handling tables around the bar, couldn’t check on anyone at the bar. Meanwhile servers were everywhere lounging in empty booths. Manager was completely oblivious drinking his Monster drink. There are 2 new restaurants opening right across the street. Really thought they would up there game. Will never go back here again

We sat at thr bar and the servive was awful. My empity glsss was stared at by the manager and bartender. When the lady in the low cut top sat down he made a B line to take her order. Used to go to a ruby Tuesday weekly in ny and it was good. Guess if i want a good meal at RT i should go back to long island

So after 45 minutes waiting for two hamburgers, they were brought to our table lukewarm and with the wrong sides. A different waiter took them back to the kitchen. A few minutes later they were brought back on small plates with no sides and colder. All along the waiter had been flippant. We asked him to check on our dinner and he said something like«of course, I always do» and yet we had no dinner. We asked to speak to the manager and he came over and stood by the table without saying anything. Very condescending. Never said I’m sorry for the mistake. It was almost like what’s so bad that you got the wrong dinners. He made some comment about if he brought us new burgers it would just take more of our time. So we left. Really bad experience and will not go back. We used to go to this Ruby Tuesday once a month but never again.

Always got a decent meal here but don’t love there new menu. I got there bid daddy sampler. I believe it was called. Mozzarella sticks were not the right texture inside. Finger were over cooked and cheese fries were not cooked enough topping was odd something spicy in there. Doing rolls nothing special.

I am not ever going back to this place. It’s expensive, and staff isn’t that pleasant to have my business. I took my wife there tonight. 1st I had to wait twenty minutes for the table then half an hour for the appetizer and drinks, then another half an hour or so for the main meal. It was 20 degree outside and they kept switching from heat to air and back and forth. I asked the guy to leave the heat on but no one cared and now both my wife and I feeling sick. Not going back to this place again.

We found a hair in our food, and the manager accused my wife and I of putting it there… we will not be going back, I suggest you don’t waste your time by spending your money here

I’ve been to this restaurant chain many times, in different locations on the east coast. It’s always the same, very predictable and consistent. I usually get the bourbon salmon and salad bar. This time I had the crab cake — just fair, salad bar was good. I should stick with the salmon.

Decided to try Ruby Tuesday’s before going to movies. Just looking for a burger with the salad bar. Food was as I expected but I had a problem ordering beer. I was there during happy hour. My wife and I were sitting in a booth 10 feet from the bar… the empty bar I might add. When our waitress came to take our drink order, I asked her what they had going for happy hour. The waitress said that happy hour is only for drinks ordered at the bar. So I looked at her, pointed to the bar and said that maybe I’ll order my beer at the bar and bring it to my table. The waitress said that can’t be done. I’d have to drink it at the bar. I ordered an ice tea, had my burger & salad but I resolved that no more Ruby Tuesday’s for me. What a ridiculous policy. Happy Hour is happy hour and should apply to the drink regardless of where it is ordered!

I think this eating at this place was OK. Service was good. Drink was watered out. Appetizer was very good. Main entrée was greasy. I wouldn’t waste money on this place unless it was the only thing open. I am kinda disappointed.

This place made me so sick! I ordered chicken quesadillas and the salad bar. The salad was alright, the lettuce in one container was red, I wasn’t aware it was supposed to be red, so I avoided it and moved on. Next, I realized my chicken quesadilla was cold! Ice cold. My waiter said they would make a new one. Mind you, it came five to an order. I bit into one. When it came back, there was four on the plate, and one was gone, the one I bit. They were warm, but it was obvious that it wasn’t a new order. I Ate one, an began to feel sick. So did my boyfriend who got a classic burger and salad bar. Hmm. Fishy. So we asked for the check. He drops it off and we instantly put the money in it. we keep making it obvious that we need to go, now or one of us was throwing up on the table. He never came back. We had to leave so we ended up leaving a huge tip unwillingly because we felt that sick and couldn’t wait for change. Also, I work at a restaurant. I have never seen such rude hostesses before in my life. Maybe I’m biased. But they weren’t dressed professionally and no matter how many people walked in the door, the wait time was always the same. Also three two people couples came in right after we did, and they got seated first. Explain that to me. Will never go back! Don’t waste your money web you can get higher quality food and better service at other places.

My brother loves this place for one thing and one thing only. Steak and shrimp. I find it to be a good buffet for salad, And I am not just talkiing lettuce and untasty tomatoes. So, I go with him when I am in town to this one because it is clean and the people are polite and it can be a vegetarian’s delight. There are plenty of old age pensioners at this one if you go at any time other than the weekend!

We arrived at 11:15am(15 minutes after opening time). We stood there waiting for someone to seat us for atleast 5 minutes. There were no other customers in the restaurant at this point. After ordering, I went for a trip to the salad bar to find bacon INTHE grapes(gross). We asked for some fresh grapes and our waitress did bring us out fresh which was good. We then noticed no honey mustard dressing, which they usually have. We had to dig through plates at the salad bar just to find a clean one. My hand were greasy after handling the tongs at the salad bar. Due to them not being washed. The floor was slippery from grease. My 4 year old even noted: wow these floors sure are slippery, its like skating!”. Not a good overall experience and certainly the LASTTIME we will be eating at Ruby Tuesday. We have given them many chances and are always not happy with the cleanliness of the locations. ps — the bathroom was dirty, hair in the sinks and dried urine in the mens room. Since it was near opening when we visited, leads me to believe they are not cleaned regularly.

We ate here last night and normally, I am not a fan of chains — and the RT in Liberty Place is awful — but — and here’s the BIG but… We had an excellent meal and great service. I had the(fresh, and many choices) salad bar and a side of lobster mac ‘n cheese. The menu seems to have been upgraded. FIL had a gorgeous and huge burger — so big he took half home. MIL had a steak & lobster dinner(2 tiny tails — but buttery and cooked nicely). DH enjoyed the pasta carbonara but I tasted it and did not like the overly salty-smoky flavor. Meanwhile — we had a great time and believe it or not, I would go back again. Soon.

Calling all chain food snobs and yes Toni, that means you too! Would you like to have my Baked Beans recipe that was given to me when I was 16 years old by my girlfriends grandmother, when I showed an interest in cooking? Do you know that everyone begs for this simple recipe? Then stay tuned… Ruby Tuesday’s have the very Best BBQ Baby Back Ribs I have ever had, over and over again! So, I don’t want to hear about this being a chain! But, they don’t have BBQ beans! They slow roast these babies for 24 hours until the fat is totally gone and the flavor is sealed in. You pick them up and they fall apart into lean tender nibbles of BBQ goodness. Seriously, if you love ribs, these are the best! The Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are loaded with more lump crab and flavor than the high priced fine dining establishment you are paying, but do get the Ribs. The Clam Chowder is very good and the clams are tender and plentiful. Doctored Up Baked Beans 6 slices of bacon, cut into 1″ pieces 31 lb.12 oz. cans of beans. Any kind your little heart desires. Store brand, Campbell’s, Bush’s. 18 oz. can tomato sauce 1 medium onion, chopped ½ cup ketchup ½ cup dark brown sugar ¼ cup prepared mustard … I add the following to enhance her wonderful recipe and it works nicely. ¼ cup barbecue sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon. pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder !/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire 3 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup Combine all and bake in a 300 degree oven for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Can be baked at a higher heat in less time, but slow is better ;+} Hubby likes them with grilled hot dogs, cut up and mixed in or on the side. Now, go and check out those Ribs!
