Smoothies are ok but blended horribly and not evenly and it took 15 minutes on all three occasions when I was either only one or only one person ahead of me. Three people sit around while one person works

The food was so so… I waited over 30 minutes to receive my food. It was during lunch time, but this is unacceptable. Last week I went through the drive thru and waited 45 minutes. Somethings not right… Management please help. If it’s busy, add more staff or change your system to speed up the process.

Food was very good. I got takeout. However, when I got home, a sweet potato fry order was missing. I called and told them I was unhappy and did not want to drive back for one order of fries. Their answer SHOULD have been: «Please come back and we’ll comp your next meal.» — That didn’t happen. I believe in their concept of good, healthy fast food but also feel that you need to check, then double-check an order before sending it out.

I really want to like this place. The concept is great and it’s super close to work but every single time I go I’m underwhelmed. Last couple of times my food has been cold yet I’ve waited a decent amount of time during non peak times. Not just one or two items– the chicken in the wraps– cold, quesadilla — cheese wasn’t even melted throughout, buffalo chicken– cold. A disappointment– also noticed the sides have deceased in size by more the half. The fruit side is now teeny tiny. Overpriced for what it is.

This is one of the only places in horsham to go to eat healthy. They make all healthy dishes and food is real good. If you have a healthy mind set and want deathly food then go here. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the organic soda. Not that it’s not good Its just I’m not a fan. Besides that everyone that works there is friendly and very helpful :)

This place has gone way downhill. The black bean burger is often ice cold, the sweet potato fries are hit or miss and today the cherry cola was served flat with no ice. Also, they often mess up my order. It’s too bad as the owner has a great idea here. However, he really needs to improve upon the execution ASAP.

Made the mistake of not reading reviews before I went here. I was waiting for a colleague nearby and decided to stop in to get a healthy breakfast. I’m on a 21 day sugar detox so my choices are limited. I should’ve just went to McDonald’s and eaten an egg off a breakfast sandwich instead. The girl who rung me up was very nice and friendly. I got an egg scrambler so you pick: Cage free eggs or egg whites One protein 3 veggies Cheese or no cheese Sauce or no sauce I got the cage free eggs with 3 veggies and cheese. No protein because all their protein had natural sugar in it which I cannot have. It was freaking $ 6 to get eggs and veggies in a to go cup!!! And then the cook comes out to give me my order and said«ma’m, you know all the veggies you got also has sugar in it right?» NOREALLY!!! I know what I’m doing and ordering. Please. He should’ve have said anything at all since they use frozen spinach in their food!!! How can I tell?! The bottom of my cup had a ton of water so I couldn’t even finish my breakfast. Using fresh spinach would not cause your eggs to be watery!!! Disappointed! Never again.

I work across the street from this location. I frequent it often enough, especially in the morning if I didn’t have time to grab breakfast before leaving the house. I usually get a breakfast sandwich with no egg and a mo green smoothie. I was pretty disappointed this morning, as my sandwich had no cheese. Then, I almost choked on my mo green smoothie. Choked on what, you might ask? I pulled 2 incredibly long wheatgrass blades out of my throat. Thinking it to be a fluke, I drank the rest of the smoothie and found, in total, 6 more intact blades of wheatgrass. I know there’s wheatgrass in the drink, it’s one of the reasons this is the only smoothie I order, but I know you’re not supposed to eat this stuff, so why is it in my smoothie? Isn’t it juiced before it goes into the blender? I can forgive the long drive thru waits, and the almost 10 minute wait for a vegetarian breakfast sandwich, but this is pretty bad. I’ll likely stay away permanently.

This restaurant is highly overrated. I appreciated the idea of healthier fast food but they missed the mark. The sweet potato fries weren’t hot and were mushy. I couldn’t even eat them. The chicken was kind of rubbery. The smoothies are fine but really not worth the drive or money. There’s nothing interesting or creative on the menu and I’d rather not pay so much for a basic wrap or salad. I don’t like overpriced bland food.

Great concept, mediocre execution. The quality of food is inconsistent, seating can be very limited during lunch time, and drive thru wait time can be very long. Not quite sure why they created a drive thru — good food takes time to cook, I respect this & in all honesty, welcome it. I would rather wait 5 minutes for an egg or piece of chicken to cook than have something that’s been sitting in a warming tray or microwaved. Conceptually, not sure why they didn’t create parking spot take-out or call ahead spots in lieu of a drive thru. I think the line would be more fluid, easier for the staff to manage, and an overall better customer experience. Hypothetically, if I’m 3rd in line behind 8 sandwiches, 4 smoothies, sides, etc & all I want is a bowl of vegetarian chili or a smoothie, I end up waiting for all of those items in the cars ahead of me to be prepared when mine is completed rather quickly & I could be on my way. The staff has always been upbeat and friendly & I love to support local businesses. I do wish they would incorporate more seasonal special menu items, limited time only, etc. I absolutely love in-season fruits & veggies, it adds to their branding/mission, could be offered at a good price(support more local farmers) & add variety to their menu.

Casual, fun atmosphere. Lots of vegetarian options. Any meat can be swapped for tofu, Portobello mushroom, or vegan black bean burger. I had the Tennessee blue wrap with black bean burger swapped instead of chicken. Good quality ingredients. Try the vegetarian chili, very good.

On my first visit I had to wait in the drive-through for 20 minutes. They didn’t pull the cars through and give in anyone the option to leave you were stuck in the drive through the entire time waiting. When I finally got to the window they gave us lame apology no discount and my food was cold and my drink was watered down. So my food got cold while I had to wait. My first and my last visit here.

This use to be a favorite of mine but the inconsistency in my recent orders drops this from a solid 4-star review to a 2-star review. I use the drive-thru unless I call ahead. I don’t mind the wait for fresh good food and although their smoothies would get 5-stars on their own(I really like the Grasshopper and Mo’ Green) the food/service just isn’t aren’t up to par anymore. I can’t justify the prices they charge when you consistently get the wrong food — wrong oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, missing items like fries or popcorn and the wrong wraps, often difficult to tell until you bite into them, are a huge disappointment. I use to go once or twice a week but with all the order screw-ups and mishaps, on top of the less than adequate service, I am no longer a customer.

After relocating to Horsham year+ ago, we passed Bryn and Dane’s several times but never went in. Finally we did one day and we’re hooked! They have a great selection of healthy options; salads, side dishes, wraps(I’m personally heavily addicted to the BLT wrap and sweet potato fries!), smoothies and(really good!) soda and tea. A lot of it is locally grown which is great. Yes, sometimes you do have to wait a little longer for your food but it doesn’t bother me and by no means is it a deal breaker. I highly recommend Bryn and Dane’s; stop by if you get a chance!

If I could give this a 3−½ I would, because I am slightly torn. Aside from a salad joint, this is healthy fast food which I really appreciate. Their slogan is, «fast food has to be bad food?» I like the menu for lunch time; there is just enough to choose from(snacks, salads, wraps, small plates, sides, smoothies). There is plenty that I can try something different basically every time I go. I have tried The«Roasted» which is a quesadilla with roasted vegetables. There was not a big assortment of vegetables in it, though. It is the same thing I make at home. I have had the«Apple Walnut Harvest» which is a salad with walnuts, organic raisins, local red apples slices, grilled free-range chicken breast, and greens. This was good and worth every penny. I had it two days for lunch because it was too big to finish in one sitting. I have also had the«Plane Crazy» smoothie. I like this because it is actually made of fresh fruit. It is not made of syrup and sugar. The food is good; but it is nothing out of the ordinary. It is ashame that you can get a $ 1.00 Big Mac but have to pay $ 20.00 for two people to have lunch somewhere like here. I would love to eat here more for lunch since my office is so close-by, but it is far too expensive to do so. Other than the price, I really did not have any other issue. There is ample sitting inside, and they bring the food to you. There are also a few tables outside. If there were more room I would suggest adding more outside seating because it tends to get busy on nice days during lunch break. I will definitely continue to visit here at least once a month and continue trying other items. It is worth a visit to form your own opinion!

Food was sub-par. I make better food at home to be completely honest. It shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg for mediocre grub. When I went it was a tad busy. Nothing too horrible though. Service was okay, nothing too exceptional. They’re in a good location. $$

Although I do usually enjoy the smoothies(if they are made right and not pure ice) it’s still the same old food here year after year. Boring and uninspired. The menu is very limited and the taste and texture on most items reminds you with every bite you that you are eating«healthy» AKA cardboard flavor. The menu could be SO much better and more interesting. How about some specials to change it up now and then? How about some fresh grilled fish or shrimp? Some fresh white tuna? How about some healthy sandwiches on artisan wheat rolls? Veggie burgers? The owners should look into a place called«California Fresh» in West LA. Now THAT is an amazing, fast and low-priced«healthy» place to eat, done PERFECTLY. Fresh grilled meats and fish, hot veggies… all for the same price as this place or less.

Using local and organic ingredients does not mean you produce a good product. Finally visited this weekend, and the Cabo Taco wrap sounded so good. yet the generous wrap with lettuce, tomato, onion grilled chicken and supposedly chipotle sauce lacked flavor. Another pet peeve. The place sells soda, and private bottled water, but has no courtesy cups for water. Plastic water bottles are an environmental nuisance and a place that prides itself on using biodegradable take away containers should find a way to offer water to its customers,(even charge for it) without having to use a large plastic bottle. On a positive side the service there was outstanding. Young but polite and eager servers really added to the atmosphere.

It good actually, not excellent but good. The shakes are pretty delish. Sweet potato fries are very dry and have no seasoning whatsoever. I know its hard to make«healthy» taste good. I think just a tiny bit of sea salt might have helped the cause. Overall I would still recommend it as a quick and healthy alternative to fast food.

It really sucks that we live in a world where a double cheeseburger is $ 1, but a kicka** meal full of deliciousness like the food they serve here, that is good for both your tongue AND your waistline, runs you an avg of $ 10−12/meal. :-\ That being said, this place is heaven on earth! I’m 100% sure the only reason I even know about this place is because I work about 7mins away from it, but I’m glad I was introduced. I’m currently on a weight loss journey(down 68 lbs so far, whoo-hoo!), and on days when I forget my prepared lunches at home, this place really saves my butt! I can get an entire meal from here that’ll have me rack up just an average of 600 cals. 600 cals for chicken fingers and fries AND a soda!!! Can’t beat that w/a stick! Everything here is low cal, local & organic.(It really is, it’s even a part of their logo!).They even make their own ketchups!(The garlic one is to die for!) They also utilize sodas from New Hope Fountain.(no phosphoric acid, artificial flavors, or any of the other stuff they put in mass market soda). My favorite flavor is the Watermelon Cream. They offer wraps, smoothies, small plates(chicken tenders & quesadillas), salads, soups & chili, & organic frozen yogurt. The only portion of the menu that I can completely vouch for is the small plates section. I’ve tried all of those options and for value, I’d say that’s the best part of the menu to stick to. A small plate meal, which includes your choice of chicken tenders or quesadilla(they have different flavored preparations), a side of sweet fries or popcorn, & a drink, will run you about $ 10. Still a little on the expensive side, but I can almost 100% guarantee you outside of making it at home yourself, it is completely worth it! The salad and wrap meals are a little more expensive. Aside, from trying the Tennessee Bleu wrap once, which was pretty good, I can’t YET speak to how tasty everything else is.(I will be trying them soon though!) My favorite item currently however are the roasted quesadillas. So good! So far, B&D has just two locations which are eerily enough, right down the street from each other. However, the second location, located inside of the Horsham Fitness Club(perfect location for this sort of thing), is more of a kitchen/café’ sort of set-up, an abbreviated version of the Privet Rd location if you will. They are opening one up in Plymouth Meeting, at the intersection of Butler Pike & Ridge Pk(do those even intersect… lol I don’t really know) pretty soon I believe. They also have trucks, although I don’t know where they station them. In any case, they need to open one of these in the city, and quickly!
