I am constantly impressed with the quality of Target brand products. The cashiers are pretty friendly and the wait in lines is far less than time I’ve spent in Walmart lines. The store itself is clean and well lit, which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. My only complaints are dealing with the customer service desk, which can take FOREVER and phone calls generally don’t get answered by departments. Also, I wish this Target had the Pizza Hut and Starbucks like other Target locations. They give coupons out for their in store Starbucks, but don’t have one. ?? Other than that, I’d much prefer shopping at Target over Walmart ANY day.

Decent products at good prices. Store personnel aren’t overly welcoming or accommodating. Dealing with«guest services» can be challenging at best. Ironically the new Walmart across the street probably has better service.

This is your standard Target. It is clean enough, and the lines move at an acceptable rate.

DONOTSHOPANYELECTRONICSHERE. I purchased an ipod shuffle here a few months ago, and it stopped working, but I thought no big deal I purchased targets replacement protection program… well I called and the program is complete B.S. like most warranty programs(the asurion one). They just wasted my time and basically said unless its a wiring issue or a malfunction of device they won’t replace it if dropped or anything– WHICHTHESALESASSOC told me they replace it for any issues– that was a LIE! I feel completely taken advantage of and cheated by target. They did not seem to care whatsoever. I will never buy electronics from ANY target store again! And am definitely not going to warrington target ever again and am canceling my credit card with them. If he just told me the truth I would not have purchased this B.S. warranty program.

I’ve never had any issues at this Target and I have been going here for years. The place is clean, and everytime they renovate it seems to be a good upgrade to the store. Ever since the new food section, I feel like it is really complete! However, the prices for the food is a bit more than your typical food chain store. They have a huge kids section which is also really nice! But I feel they should have more of a Plus Size clothing section, other than a small rack with 3 tshirts

I have ALWAYS favored this Target over most that I have experienced between bucks county and the Philadelphia area. I must say I was very let down after having so many great experiences speaking to the employee that would check me out, always greeted and would have a small discussion with that person. It makes everyone’s day a little nicer to have a smooth transition. Well that was until the employees friend became more important than the customer. No hello how are you? Or hi did you find everything ok? I was ignored until the total was told to me. While I was waiting to be checked out, the women ‘Kelly’ was more interested talking to a women about pay day and plans for a different time. I work in customer service. You do not ignore a customer, ESPECIALLY when they are standing right in front of you. Complete and total disrespect. I will continue to shop at this target, considering that I fill all of my prescriptions there and love everything else target has to offer me. But man was she rude. There is absolutely no excuse to have bad customer service. She could have simply asked her friend to hold on for a moment. Take care of me and then continue after. But she didn’t. I don’t normally write reviews. But I have NEVER experienced anything like that at any store. I hope a change happens or more customers will just not return, instead of writing a review like myself to make it aware.

This is by far the WORST Target I’ve EVER been to! I stopped in yesterday to pick up 2CD’s in which I had to retrieve from the«customer service» area. When I walked up to the line(no line really because I was the only one there) 3 target employees were behind the desk chit chatting(two women probably in their late 60’s and the other in her 20’s). Each of them looked me dead in the face and without any acknowledgement, they turned their heads and continued chatting. It was as if I never approached the desk. I waited close to a minute before saying«Excuse me, is this center open?» It wasn’t until then one of them replied, «Sure, you can step up.» By this time I’m absolutely livid!!! I can step up? What happened to, «Hello! How are you? How can I help you???», as soon as you walk in the dang door or approach the CUSTOMERSERVICEDESK!!! No apologies for their poor customer service nor for their lag time in responding to me! Why should I have to ask if the center is open when there’s no line and 3 employees behind the desk sharing personal stories amongst each other? I wouldn’t go back to that store if it were the last store on earth that sold the last supply of food on the universe. Ugh! Tip of the day: Please do not work in customer service if you suck at it! You’re the face of the company and you’re too old not to have some sort of courtesy!

Typical Target, although it is larger than our local Target. My son and I stopped in for a moment to pick up something. The place was clean and we were easily able to find what we wanted. The checker was friendly and engaging with my son.

This place is usually a 5 star for me. They always have what I need, and the folks at the pharmacy are the best. However, after today’s visit to customer service for a return, I feel compelled to write this review. A few minutes after 8am, I was 2nd in line for a return. The people ahead of me got no hello, no smile, no thank you from the miserable girl helping them. When they left I did hear them comment about her attitude. Now it was my turn. I say hello, good morning and give the reason for the return. My refund is processed and she hands me my receipt with the same coldness she treated the other people with. So I say thank you and have a great day in my loudest, most friendliest voice. She mumbled something as I walked away. What a rude turd this girl was. Short, heavyset, long orange straight hair and hideous tattoos. Avoid her at all costs.

I like this Target — I never have a hard time finding anything and it now earns an extra star in my book since they introduced the grocery component. Now it’s a great one-stop-shop!

Ah, target — that’s tar jhay — the french department store. Not really — but as target’s go — this one is clean, suburban and has everything we need. We come here when we are on the way back to Philly from Doylestown — it’s right on the way. Loves me some target!
