My wife and I love going to Culver’s. The food is good, and the service is great! Also their service is fast and the store is always clean.

Good food as always.
My complaints are for the service. No one is wearing gloves. Is that not a standard practice in the kitchen? The people making the food may have been wearing gloves and I couldn’t see it, but I could see people without gloves lifting the top bun checking the food.
It also took us nearly half an hour to get our food. They handed free custard coupons to a group in front of us for being so slow, but not to us. Not only was it incredibly slow, they selectively handed «we’re sorry» coupons to patrons and not everyone that waited.

The cool thing is sometime during the year you can get a walleye sandwich… It’s really good too! My favorite thing to order is the fried chicken.

So I’m not sure I could ever give a low mark to anyplace serving butter burgers and custard. I’d simply be too high and too into my happy place to do so. But this Culver’s is exceptional. Matt, the owner, is on-​site and is SO inviting — he makes you feel like you’re a welcome guest in his home.
As you’d expect, the staff is largely high school students. They’re surprisingly articulate and engaging — just the right amount of small talk for a fast food place. Where else do you find that!?!
If you find yourself in the area, make sure to stop by and grab a cone… and say hi to Matt.

Culver’s restaurants are generally a good place to dine. But this particular Culver’s is a cut above the rest. Great care was taken to create a more cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with many upgraded appointments. And the waitstaff is first rate. We’ve only been there once, and it was in the midst of the evening rush. Despite the crowd our order arrived in less than five minutes. A real plus for any traveler is clean restrooms. And this Culver’s did not disappoint. Their facilities were the cleanest I’ve seen. If you are familiar with Culver’s, this location is one of the best and deserves a stop.
