I love IHOP! Amazing food! I will go back for more. The service was awesome as well! The only thing is that they kept picking up kids and letting them play with the register. It was okay until we needed out waitress she was too busy playing instead of working and the child’s parents could care less. But it is what it is I went on a really bust day and time.

Marisa was the NICEST waitress we have ever had, amazing personality. Food was great too of course.

Service was horrible, wait 15 minutes after being seated to have someone come with menus and another 20 minutes before they came back to take the orders. Food had to be returned to the kitchen as it was not warm enough, Server had a attitude problem, Restrooms could have been cleaned better. Will Never Return, Did contact IHOP via there web site got the typical corporate response «Thank You for your Comments we hope you will return» Terrible

Went to IHop yesterday and had an awesome meal. The waitress Lynn was very in tune to our needs and very helpful and friendly. The manager was also very helpful. We had ordered our eggs the wrong way and without blinking an eye the manager helped determine what kind we wanted and ordered them for us. When they came out they were perfect.
The food was perfect temperature taste.
I highly recommend this IHop and make sure Lynn is working.

This was by far the WORST food I think I’ve ever had. I understand it’s a go to place for late night eating and I shouldn’t expect the best, but it was worse than worse. I ordered a cheese omelet, kind of hard to mess that up. First of all, the «cheese» wasn’t melted, it was egg folded over orange «cheese» slice, it tasted awful. Don’t go here… unless you want food that tastes like cardboard.

IHOP is mostly known as the place to go when it’s super late, you’re drunk and hungry… which is how we ended up here, BUT the food was actually really good! And no, it’s not because we were intoxicated!
The waffle was better than any other IHOP I’ve been to. It tasted like it was made with real butter and love. The turkey bacon was cooked perfectly to my liking and the hash browns were fresh and a crisp golden brown.
Really this was excellent for an IHOP meal! Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the service was reeeeallllly slow despite being staffed with only a few tables.

Go for the pancakes, not the service. IHOP on over here no more than twice a year for their tasty pancake treats. There are hundreds of breakfast spots serving far superior eggs, home fries and the like, but NO ONE pours a better pancake than IHOP. Pancake themes change frequently, but Classic Bananas Foster is one of my all-​time favs.

IHOP is what it is. Quick, tasty breakfast food. Large portions for a relatively small price. This IHOP is superior to the one near Providence Place Mall due to the overall safety and security of the restaurant.

Years ago, IHOP was phenomenal and then something happened and service, food quality, and cleanliness became an issue. Well, all that has been turned around and those three factors have been truly elevated ! Although I am not a big breakfast person, I do enjoy breakfast at this venue. Every waitstaff person as well as the manager is upbeat, smiling, willing to please, and helpful. Between my husband and myself, we have tried a good amount of the breakfast foods offered, and have been very pleased. If you like a bargain, join their breakfast club and do their surveys to get free breakfasts, $$ off the next purchase, etc.

We went here because it had 2 5 star reviews. I am sorry, this is not a great IHOP. The place is fairly new, but the carpet has a really bad smell that turned me off when I arrived. The service was poor, our waitress was too busy talking to the other waitress and using her smart phone to really pay attention to her tables. The food was as I expected at an IHOP, they got my omelet right, but my wife said that she ordered an omelet that was supposed to have 6 pieces of bacon in it and we couldn’t find anything close to that in the omelet. Perhaps my experience wasn’t the average because I went to IHOP at 7:30 PM instead of during breakfast hours, but that is no excuse for the problems we had.

Have been here twice now and both visits did not disappoint.
Service was consistent both times. servers were very friendly and attentive. menu is quite extensive and has a wide array of breakfast options if pancakes aren’t your thing.
Being a pancake lover, of course I ordered pancakes. They were some of the best buttermilk pancakes I have ever had. Light, fluffy and the perfect size. A 3 stack of original for $ 3.79 how can you go wrong? Top with the syrup of your choice and enjoy!
We will definitely be back. i can’t wait to try some of the other pancake flavors they offer.

I just want to add to Nick Z.‘s review since I am his girl. There were not 1 but 2 black hairs found in my food. One stuck to my ham steak piece that I took and put over to the side and tried to be an adult about (never again). I ate most else of the Breakfast sampler and left the pancakes for «desert» to find the 2^nd Black hair between my pancake and pad of butter… flipped it over to spread it and TADA. Now keep ur breakfast down. We found a better replacement Go to Athens Diner around the corner, just save a seat for us!

Shoulda gone to Newport Creamery. We walked right in, which is again, strangely odd in that virtually any time of the day there is a line out the door, and the waitress took our drink order and brought it out fairly quickly, but then she disappeared for about 20 minutes. Just as we were considering walking out she came by to take our order. Food was OK, my hash browns were cold but the other stuff was hot as it should be. I had my chicken fried steak and eggs and my girlfriend had the breakfast sampler. All was fine until she found a long black hair in the middle of her butter on the pancakes. She brought it to the attention of the waitress who promptly replaced her pancakes and took 20% off the bill. Slow service and hair in the food makes for a second thought when planning on going back. Which I might. Or might not.

Hands down the best IHOP I’ve ever been to. Very clean, fast and courteous service. Our waitress was Deb. Her boisterous new England accent was very charming and made our experience awesome. Not the type of service that you get in a big chain restaurant. The food was well prepared also.

I had the 55+ Sunrise breakfast and the eggs were cooked just like I had requested. The service was very good. My server Babs was training Sara and I could not have asked for anymore attention that what I received. The store has been opened for three years but doesn’t show up on Unilocal.I found it on Google maps. I will return the next time I’m in town for the food and service.

Stopped by for a quick snack in the mid afternoon. Alright, your saying, «IHOP, really?»
Because there is back story here, is why and it is way to long to go into that now. Not to throw you another curve ball but I don’t even like pancakes, okay enough laughing, back to the review — Only a few patrons were scattered here and there quietly eating and chatting on this mid afternoon. We were greeted and seated right away in a booth towards the kitchen/​back of the restaurant. The friendly staff was prompt and polite. While waiting on our order we took notice easily of the amount of people were working and how each one was cleaning or organizing if not helping a guest. It was impressive to watch and refreshing to know how clean this location actually is!
Our food was hot and good. The service over all was great!

I’m not going to hate on IHOP for being a chain. It is not fair to hate something just because it is what it is. This location has really come into it’s own. My first experience here was awful and also involved a child projectile vomiting at the table next to us, but that is not conversation for a food review…
I went to IHOP this afternoon, since by the time everyone in my house was awake and functioning it was afternoon. Many of the good breakfast locations close early on Sunday or are WAY to busy so we thought this might be a quick fix. The restaurant was busy. Both mine and my boyfriends meals were satisfying. I had the whole wheat french toast and he the stuffed variety. We were in and our of there quickly and full when we left so IHOP did the trick.
I really like that IHOP has light and fit options highlighted on their menu. It is always refreshing when I can have a quick meal and not worry about it ruining my entire days worth of calorie intake.
All in all International House of Pancakes serves a decent breakfast in a pinch.

Ok so here’s the deal its an Ihop just like other Ihops you have coffee at your table in a carafe which rocks… but its $$ for breakfast food as Ihops tend to be, lets put it this way we went out to lunch with 4 people yesterday and spent less. Waitstaff are negligent and forgot my son’s order and also didnt ask if even wanted a beverage which we found out later. All the food had come and we had to track down someone to find my son’s order… that’s unacceptable. All parents know kids without food are not happy campers! you’re making my experience crappy by ignoring my kids!
Will probably never go back because theres other breakfast places this place will thrive off people who dont care about bad service and those who dont know any better bc its near the airport… typical for the area businesses near the airport tend to stink bc they dont need to try.

I have always enjoyed International House of Pancakes. I don’t go here often, usually only when I’m traveling, but usually find them a convenient and nice place to stop for breakfast on the way to somewhere else. So I was pleasantly surprised to see an IHOP opening only a few miles from where I live.
This IHOP is located in the old Bickford Restaurant building and is decent size and has lots of parking. The inside is still all shining and clean. It hasn’t had a chance to get all grubbed up yet.
When we arrived we had about a ten minute wait for a booth. No problem, there is a nice little area to wait inside. The hostess was very friendly and prattled away about how nice great it is to have an IHOP in town. After a few minutes someone gave us menus and took our order and then brought over coffee and water. So far everything was as expected.
After about 15 minutes a very nice guy came over and explained that our order is still a few minutes away. At least he gave us more coffee and water. After about another 15 minutes he came over again and said the same thing. More coffee and water. 15 minutes later he came once again, apologized and said things were moving very slow in the kitchen but our food would be right out. Finally after an hour and about a bezillion cups of coffee and water later he came once again and said the food would be right out.
Still no food and we sure as hell didn’t want anymore coffee or water. This went on for 20 minutes more. The waiter was extremely nice and kept asking us if we needed anything. Hmmm, how about some food? «Sorry the food isn’t ready yet but how about some more coffee or water»? Arrrrrrgg!
After nearly an hour and a half we decided that we have had enough and had to leave for somewhere else. The waiter was once again very apologetic and seemed genuinely sorry and distraught. Even offered us some more coffee and water on the way out. No thanks.
In fairness to the IHOP they had been opened for only two days and and obviously haven’t quite worked out all the bugs. We will definitely be back to try again and I suspect they will do much better and get a much better review on our next visit. They do have pretty good coffee and water but some food would be nice. We shall see.
