I’ll give it 3 stars because I usually get delivery, so not sure about how clean the place is or what kind staff they got. my usual is pizza and fries … sometimes I get over cooked crust.

Are you kidding me the guy making my pizza doesn’t wash his hands after he answers the phone and handling money and I think they’re great and I give the delivery guy a great tip even though he knocks on my door like a cop in stead of ringing the lit doorbell and I only live one minute away. Ok time to rethink. Thanks

Good food, went there for a quick bit while hubby and I were out shopping. Had pizza and nachos, it was pretty good. The service is what was more concerning for me, the waitress was joking around with customers and staff and we were waiting a long time for our food. But I liked it.

The food was not delivered as ordered and poor quality and bad management! Would never order again!

I’ve ordered from them a few times over the past four years and no matter how many second chances I give them the food has just gotten worse and worse. Maybe it’s better if you eat there but tonight I had the worst pizza I have ever partially eaten delivered to my house. It was undercooked, salty and cold. I ordered mushroom and bacon and although I didn’t find any bacon I did find some stray green peppers that probably bounced off a different pizza onto mine. The box was crushed, it actually looked like someone sat on it so all the cheese was stuck to the top. I’m not only writing this because I’m irritated, it was my own fault but so no one else wastes their money on a disappointing pie. To be honest I usually order from Two Guys but they were closed.

We’ve been going to Picasso’s since they’ve opened. They’ve been nothing if not consistent, all these years. The food and service has been decedent. The kitchen and the way food comes out ISTHEWORST and they always have been. It’s almost like they think they are serving a 5 course meal every time we’re there. Tonight’s order is just an example of their disfunction. Order: Kid’s Chicken Fingers with fries Steak Sandwich with fries Medium Pizza Chicken Salad Melt Food delivery: Kid’s Chicken Fingers with Fries Side of fries (Note: these things are considered appetizers at the Pic and come out well in advance of everything else) 20 minutes later the Chicken Salad Melt 7 minues later the Pizza and Steak Sandwich Tonight it took almost 30 minutes for our family of 4 to eat together and some of us had to wait and eat cold food or finish before others even got their food. Trust me this isn’t a one time issue with Picasso’s. They have been this way for 15 + years. I’ve spoken with management on a number of occasions. They refuse to change. There are good things about this place. It’s a great place to share a pitcher and a pizza. Just don’t order differing food items. Everyone gets sandwiches, everyone gets Pizza or everyone should go elsewhere.

This place knows fun! In the past they’ve had Comedy shows, Drink and Dabble paint nights… it would be nice if they brought those back. They still have Trivia Night, DJ and more. They have big screens over the place and they serve up a very good pizza and pub grub! Had their bathrooms been bigger I would have given them 5 stars.

All the food is great but the delivery is slow. Is caters to more of the younger crowd. I understand that. But it would be great if they help out us old people

Not a fan of their pizza, it’s very chewy/doughy. This is because the pizza dough is prepped and panned with sauce and cheese ahead of time(sauce and cheese means it has to be kept refrigerated). When they get an order they pull it out of the fridge, add the necessary toppings, then fire it in the oven. Not having the dough room temp before it goes in the oven drastically changes the quality of the pizza and it takes the dough longer to cook. This is the reason why the pizza comes out dark on top and the crust is chewy instead of crispy. Get a calzone instead. Also, the kitchen guys will cash out to-go orders, answer phones, and then go right back to cooking without washing their hands. Wake up guys, money is filthy! On the bright side, their honey hot wing sauce is phenomenal. Lots of room for improvement at Picasso’s, but I’ll be back, hope to see you guys washing your hands after handling cash!(Wash hands vigorously with soap and hot/warm water for at least 20 seconds)

Desperate time brought me here. They have never been good, but we hadn’t been in a long time and they were the only place serving fodd, we hoped for a surprise. Wrong. Got the eggplant sandwich and it was certainly frozen little eggplants deep fried and then shoved into a large sub roll. Little to no sauce, so it was dry. Would have asked for more sauce, but it tasted terrible, probably out of a can, so I didn’t bother. The only reason it got 2 stars is because they had trivia, which kept us occupied. But don’t waster your money.

I think they’re food is great for the price. The pizza always comes as ordered and the chicken fingers and wings are great. Definitely a great place for takeout/delivery

We were so disappointed in our pizza today. we had been working in the yard for hours on end and needed something fast and substantial. Unfortunately what we received was a burnt, all bread, barely any sauce pizza. Dominos is better than this…

I tried Picasso’s again. I did receive an offer from the owner, but did not take him up on it because I didn’t want to feel influenced in any way or feel bad if I had another bad experience. Turns out, I didn’t have another bad experience. I phoned in my order. The phone manners have improved marginally and that was a surprise. The person I spoke with wasn’t rude or in a rush. They cooked something off menu for me, which was nice. I ordered three things(none of which were pizza) and all three things came exactly as I ordered. That’s a big change from my previous experiences. I will probably try a pizza here again at some point. Anyway, I just wanted to update my review because this past time I ordered from Picasso’s was a pleasant experience and I try to keep my reviews honest. The wings were great, the calzones were chock full o’ meat and I came away a satisfied customer.

This place is AWESOME!!! Never actually Ben there(always have it delivered) but every time I do its always hot, correct, and on time. Never tried a menu item I didn’t like. Also never experienced any rudeness«referred to in previous posts» by anybody from here. Then again I always tip the guys at least $ 10 for a quarter mile drive. As long as they keep up the good work I’ll keep ordering. Thanks guys!

We had some stuff delivered(calzone, grinders, munchies). It was good, not amazing, just good. Delivery was on the slower side but it was prime time Saturday night so we knew we were in for a bit of a wait. Driver was a super nice guy. It’s close, they deliver, the food was tasty. A good place to order from now and then.

The gourmet pizzas are great and the service is quick. It’s a laid back sports bar atmosphere. The wings also come in large orders. If you get delivery it usually arrives within a half hour which is pretty good for gourmet pizzas.

I stopped in to order a couple of Pizzas and ended up sitting at the Bar and watching the Olympics for a while. They had some great music playing and a bunch of big screen TV’s going. When my pizzas came out, I was not ready to go, so they put them in the warmer for me so I could take my time. What a great way to wind down on a Friday night. The regular pizza was a big bready for me, so next time i’ll order something with thin crust. That’s just my preference, my family enjoyed the pizzas.

I don’t eat in at Picasso’s very often. The atmosphere is a typical divey bar/pizza point. They have pool tables, a bar, high top tables and a ton of tvs. I’ve heard its a good place to go to watch sports, but I have no interest in that. The pizza however is the best in Warwick!(At least in this area of Warwick) The crust is thick and crispy and the cheese is always nice and brown. My favorite pizza is the vegetarian. It’s a white pizza with eggplant, broccoli, spinach, diced tomato, onions… fabulous! Their traditional red pizzas are also great. Good sauce. Their wings are also pretty yummy. The only other thing I have is a calzone, which I was not impressed with. The pizza crust is what makes them so good in my opinion and the calzone definitely left something to be desired. If you’re not into a loud bar type pizza joint, get take out. And I recommend picking it up yourself as delivery always seems to be a 45 minute wait where pick up is only about 20 – 25. Unless they’re busy. Obviously…
