Triad Training

I can’t say enough about Trainer Jen! She pushes me when/​where I need to be pushed and has great knowledge of the body, muscle groups and works with you individually to achieve your goals. She is always 150% well preparred with her work out routines and takes great pride in what she does. Best thing is she strives for results and that’s what matters! From TRX to kettlebells and back to circuits, every week she has a plan of action and it keeps me well entertained (I need entertainment at the gym!).
Jen is also very personable and genuinly cares about her clients. She is not only a trainer but a friend.
She is also very reasonable priced.

I started working out with Trainer Jen in March of 2011. She has changed my life. I love her and here’s why:
1. I SEE RESULTS — With just one session a week and a little portion control, she dropped my body fat 1%/month in our first four months.
2. SHE’S FUNNY.
3. SHE CARES about her clients. She formulates a different routine each week and for group sessions i see her take into account everyone’s fitness level.
4. SHE TAKES AN ACTIVE INTEREST IN YOUR LIFE. Jen will often ask follow up questions to things you told her you were doing the week before.
5. SHE WILL TRAVEL to you (with a rollie cart and a bag of tricks). Talk about convenience and no excuses!
6. SHE’S AFFORDABLE for 1-​on-​1 or group sessions.
7. SHE IS CONSTANTLY DEVELOPING — In the year I’ve known her she has added a certification in TRX and Kettlebells to her repertoire.
8. I SEE RESULTS — My arms have received numerous compliments.
9. I SEE RESULTS — I’ve lost about 20 pounds and about two dress sizes in the past year.
10. IT’S FUN — Working out with Jen is something I look forward to every week!
Just beware, you’ll need to purchase new workout clothes (in a smaller size)!
