I made a Unilocal account just to write this. It was disgusting. They didn’t have the food we wanted, the fella taking our order was slow, the soda machine didn’t have ice, the tables were covered in sticky stuff AND there were atleast 5 small flies flying around us. Disgusting.

Absolutely the worst around. I feel bad for the managers. Well actually I don’t relly. I hear them fighting with the workers, very rudely. I guess I feel bad for the workers. Well then again, maybe not, because they don’t seem to be able to do their jobs very well. Wow. I don’t know who to feel bad for. I get its Fast Food but this one is the worst around and you should get what you pay for. Sad to say, but it should be shut down. I think I need to call corporate also, as the last reviewer said. Im shocked more people don’t complain. Maybe, because its fast food and people are busy, but if more did something would change. Other Wendy’s are not like this so it is not that hard to reaalize something there is not right and make a change. There is always multiple issues. Including freezing cold chili a few weeks ago. Cold chili? I mean what… to reheated/refried fries and nuggets on late night orders. It’s bad. Always waiting, as stated below, and orders wrong 33% of time where I need to call. Yet no one ever picks up the phone there cause they know there will be a problem. This one has to be the most unclean one too. Such a shame cause it’s in my back yard. So most times I will get it at another one because this one is so bad all around. I have a story that I saw there once but that’s for another time. I just want my order right and the biggest complaint there… be nice to the customer… we pay you to be there… got to be some of the rudest, classless workers around. Sort of sad. I’m sure some are not as I know one is very nice to me every time. He is a young African American boy. Very sweet. So it is not all, but most there. And Drive thru… wow…what a joke. You wait when no one is there .it’s 1130 on a Tuesday night… and when you get up to window you wait some more while they text in the wondow. This place is bad. The district manager ashamed and replaced. Sorry. It may not be your fault at all. It may just need to be buried into the ground and another Cumberland Farms put up there… and when they rebuild have fresh everything from walls to people.

This is absolutely THE worst Wendy’s around. Have to wait to order every time and then wait again for the food. Today I waited over 10 minutes inside just for a cashier to acknowledge me. I finally complained to the manager(Kristen) who then actually laughed in my face about my complaint. Will never go back and planning to call corporate.

It took me 15 minutes waiting in line with two people in front of me and she still didn’t get the order right no apologies and still made me pay for the fries. NEVERNEVER again got home burger was cold I’m so speechless

This Wendy’s suuuuuuucks, always a problem. They never get the order right. Management needs to step the hell up before this one shuts down too.

This place truly sucks food way to expensive for burger joint and the(well they call it chili) I prefer to call it what it actually was PIGSLOP, I gave it back to them and told them so

In general I like Wendy’s. This particular location has disappointed to many times. Fries always weak. Chili is watery. Sandwiches old. Frosty was good.
